Summary: Tracking (teams, assets, jobs, quotes we made and more) - the biggest challenge for us was finding the platform that would centralize our work. BuildOps solved this challenge for us.

Positive: We have become incredibly efficient while using BuildOps software. The people at BuildOps are super helpful. Thank you for all of your help BuildOps support team.

Negative: We would like to see BuildOps deliver even more integrations.

Summary: Addressing our growth needs with automation and software - we were to reliant on manual ways of doing things before BuildOps.

Positive: I like how well the implementation have been done and all of the support we received from BuildOps team.

Negative: There are a lot of pre-created reports in the platform - it would be easier if they are grouped into categories.

Summary: My workforce use to be in the field and not connected to the main software - it would create too many problems at the end of the day; Too many mistakes because of the manual sync at the end of the shift.

Positive: Like that my workforce is now mobile-friendly - everyone is connected via their phones to the main system.

Negative: I wish I would have the ability to run bulk changes across multiple accounts. Mass edit type features.

Summary: Thank you for helping us grow and thank you for all of the great support from your customer care specialists and trainers.

Positive: We used to be a very inefficient company that would make too many mistakes. Over reliance on paper processes and a bunch of disconnected software tools - we couldn't trust some of our data at the end of the day.
BuildOps has changed all of that.

Negative: Our team loves it, we've been using BuildOps now for some time and really got nothing bad to say. Reporting can be a bit difficult to learn
during you first couple months, dashboards, etc.

Summary: We were really impressed with analytics features in the platform - this is the next level for construction focused software.

Positive: Efficient, reliable, fast and a ton of capabilities tailored to what we do on a daily basis. Fairly easy to navigate and learn.

Negative: Some features we want to see, but they are not available yet. Want to see more work done around the customer portal and expand this set of capabilities further.

Summary: Overall, good experience so far, really impressed with their support team and customer are guys - they do really good job at training new customers. Lots of people that are both knowledgeable about the industry and product!

Positive: They've really improved project management capabilities - pretty awesome set of features now. Like reporting, scheduling and dispatch features, quoting is pretty good too.

Negative: Reporting is great, but it's more on the BI side and takes some time to learn.

Summary: Customer support and their training specialists did an amazing job. My biggest challenge right now is onboarding all of my team onto the platform at the same time.

Positive: I really like the dispatch board, scheduling, and jobs management related features. Reporting is really well build too.

Negative: It takes time to learn, and master. Otherwise great piece of technology for anyone in HVAC line of business.

Summary: Centralizing how we store and track everything - from customers,
to assets, to jobs done or planned in the future.

Positive: Overall ability to organize and store all of the relevant jobs info,
and customers in one place. With ability to track past activities, jobs, assets, and all of the relevant customer info.

Negative: Probably open up the platform to even more integrations
with other software providers. Looks good otherwise.

Summary: Really well engineered platform.

Positive: Easy to use and navigate. like their customer portal features that they recently released.

Negative: None at this time, maybe keep adding more features to the customer portal.

Summary: Great onboarding and implementation experience. I like both their platform and CSMs helping us day to day with our challenges.

Positive: Really like the support team - always there to help me solve my challenges and help me grow my knowledge of the platform.

Negative: Could be a bit cheaper, otherwise nothing else to say.

Summary: Doing less clicking to get to the info I need; I also like the high reliability aspect of their software - very secure.

Positive: I like simplicity and ease with which I can access all of the information I need; I also like the high reliability aspect of their software - very secure.

Negative: Reporting can take a bit of a time to master - might seem a bit intimidating in the beginning.

Summary: Only good things to say, really good work done at training our team and showing us how to start using the platform day one.

Positive: Tons of automation features, great centralized CRM, really good dispatch and scheduling board, and great reporting features.

Negative: None to mention at this time - ask me again in a few months (new user here).

Summary: Good CRM features that I use every day, and I've already automated a multitude of processes; Great platform.

Positive: Strong features around CRM, invoicing, jobs records, asset management - helped me automate bunch of processes.

Negative: It would help if they were to add some bulk edit features at customer and job level.

Summary: Good platform, again some great engineering went into dispatch and scheduling. Dispatch board is my favorite place to go and use on the platform - everything is in front of my eyes.

Positive: Dispatching and scheduling related functionality is amazing - I see all of my jobs pipeline in one place.

Negative: Some of the dashboards can use a bit more filters capabilities.
