Summary: Overall great integration with accounting tools - its a pretty complete Construction ERP. BuildOps is adding a lot of functionality - this year Project Management module, Customer Portal, a bunch of integrations. Really strong platform for our industry.
Positive: Super easy to create dispatches, invoicing is a breeze, inventory and customer project tracking is simple. Plus they have great mobile capabilities - you can use it anywhere.
Negative: Continue growing your integrations and expand the number of technologies we can link with our platform.

Summary: All in one platform for any construction or HVAC or services business - dispatching, quoting, scheduling, invoices, CRM, job tracking and project management, customer portal, reporting, etc. - everything is there.
Positive: We really like how simple and intuitive BuildOps platform is. It has all of the functionality a typical commercial construction or HVAC company would need. Their support team is fantastic and very knowledgeable in the industry. And, if things get too difficult they just jump in together with you and help.
Negative: Again, we really like the platform - nothing major to mention here at this point; have been using the platform close to a year.

Summary: We were leveraging a really old software system before BuildOps and it just lived its better days and needed to be replaced. Invoicing, quoting, customer management, support of people in the field, overall tracking - everything is better. We have gone "many levels up" because of BuildOps and their technology.
Positive: Like the new customer portal and project management modules in the platform. Navigation in the platform is smooth and easy - on both desktop and mobile versions of the platform. I end up being in reports and dashboards for most of my day and I would say reporting module in BuildOps is almost a data mining/business intelligence level tool alone - if you know how to use it.
Negative: I guess we would want even more integrations in the future - our QuickBooks is connected not to the platform and works well. But, we can benefit from more integration options in the future.

Summary: BuildOps enables our guys to invoice in the field and in real-time and streamlines our billing process. Mobile is the way to go - it makes jobs easier for our technicians. We can do so much now - keep track of all quotes, customer agreements, pieces and parts replaced, - we can do our work faster and more accurately these days.
Positive: Customer support is quick to respond and help - they are very knowledgeable and very thorough. There is a very impressive amount of information available to you once the platform is live and ready: quotes, orders, jobs, customer info, employee info, assets, etc. History and past parts and assets used are easy to see and track.
Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve - prepare to invest the first few days to a couple of weeks to learn, but as I mentioned their customer care team is great - you'll have a lot of help.

Summary: After we implemented BuildOps we are more consistent, more efficient, and more successful in generating new business. BuildOps played a very significant role in helping us automate our business - a multitude of our daily tasks are either fully automated or require very little time investment.
Positive: Really like the ease of use of the platform and how it is organized. They are continuously improving their platform and releasing a multitude of great features.
Negative: Keep growing and expanding the features around the customer portal - we really like this functionality and want to see it grow.

Summary: I think we cut our paperwork by 90% at this point, mobile features made the life of our technicians easier, and billing is easily 2-3x times faster now. Plus, they have a solid integration with the accounting tools we use.
Positive: BuildOps helped us streamline our company operations and make a big move from how we do things; Moving away from paper invoices. Platform has a lot of features and takes some time to learn - but it is totally worth it in the end. Make sure you leverage their rockstar customer support team.
Negative: Very happy with their customer support and technology, BuildOps team has helped us a lot in the past year when we were ramping up our platform usage - only good things to say about them.

Summary: Overall, a great experience - their team is willing to work with companies like ours and listen. Something you don't always find when working with a vendor. Just try asking for some features from a similar company in the field that has thousands of customers - good luck with that. BuildOps trained us, their staff is knowledgeable in the industry, and they are open to suggestions from companies like ours.
Positive: I like the flexibility, friendliness, and how overall pleasant it is to work with BuildOps team. Functionality is great, yes there are plenty of other options for this type of platforms out there but BuildOps is our partner at this point. We didn't want a provider that would be a rigid giant corporation that wouldn't care about us. BuildOps ended up begin a great choice.
Negative: Nothing to complain about, they have everything an HVAC or commercial construction needs. We've been using them for over a year and there is so much functionality and technology that BuildOps offers that it is more than enough for our company.

Summary: My workforce use to be in the field and not connected to the main software - it would create too many problems at the end of the day; Too many mistakes because of the manual sync at the end of the shift.
Positive: Like that my workforce is now mobile-friendly - everyone is connected via their phones to the main system.
Negative: I wish I would have the ability to run bulk changes across multiple accounts. Mass edit type features.

Positive: We used to be a very inefficient company that would make too many mistakes. Over reliance on paper processes and a bunch of disconnected software tools - we couldn't trust some of our data at the end of the day.

Summary: Overall, good experience so far, really impressed with their support team and customer are guys - they do really good job at training new customers. Lots of people that are both knowledgeable about the industry and product!
Positive: They've really improved project management capabilities - pretty awesome set of features now. Like reporting, scheduling and dispatch features, quoting is pretty good too.
Negative: Reporting is great, but it's more on the BI side and takes some time to learn.

Summary: Customer support and their training specialists did an amazing job. My biggest challenge right now is onboarding all of my team onto the platform at the same time.
Positive: I really like the dispatch board, scheduling, and jobs management related features. Reporting is really well build too.
Negative: It takes time to learn, and master. Otherwise great piece of technology for anyone in HVAC line of business.
