Summary: Easy way to create invoice with detailed description, company logo and choosing option for items. All setting has been personalized by admin of the programs. As well as pricing and items availability. In 2 min I can create a project and bill my costumers.

Positive: Personalization of the application to the services that our company provided. We have spent time with admin, who gave us a guide with all features and settings. The application for phone and web versions is super easy to use. Once we have done settings, in just a moment we can create and close projects for our clients. Using Orcatec saved us a lot of time.

Negative: I find application and services useful. Support always available.

Summary: Overall experience is very good! Saves our company tons of time and a couple of working places. Also it's quite cheap for such an amount of features.

Positive: Very good app! We use it for dispatch, invoice creation, our payments and accounting and messaging with the clients. Previously our dispatchers couldn't see the communication with clients in one place since it was via simple SMS. Now I can see the client info, his properties, appointment information and much more.

Negative: Was kind of difficult to get used to the system, especially for our techs. But seems like everyone got used already.

Summary: I am very happy with my experience after implementing Orcatec. It makes my job easier and now our company can have an almost paperless office!

Positive: The user interface is clear, has desktop app, has also mobile app, the company listens to its users and make updates to the software pretty quick. Seems like there is always something new to learn and include in to your system!

Negative: There's still a few buttons that need to be accessible a little easier. It requires some time to take full advantage of all its features.

Summary: I want to write my review. I have been using this software for a short time. I have been looking for a long time for a software tool that would make my business better.

I did not make a mistake when I chose Orcatec, because this tool is very handy, solves many daily business tasks, and speeds up business development using the functionality of the software.

Summary: Overall, I am very satisfied with the cooperation and support from the company and with low service cost.

Positive: The advantages that tipped the scales in favor of Orcatec were: individual approach and support for me as a client, the ability to manage my business and process payments on a single platform, low processing fees, and paying only for the functions that I use, the ability to use multiple modules to meet the needs of my business.

Negative: It took some time to get used to the settings but everyone adapted quickly.

Summary: I've worked with them for almost 7 month already and to be honest I get so used to it that I ma not sure how did we work before that. It has everything in front of your eyes, and ease working with your clients a lot.

Positive: It has tons of functionality and different modules. It may be difficult to get into at first, but once you are in it's a very good platform that eases your business a lot. Not sure about the big companies, but for mine of 8 employees it's just what I need

Negative: It's kind of difficult to get into at the beginning since there are a lot of different features and you sometimes forget how to use them. Anyway, the support is there and they can help you. Another con is a design, the phone app could've look better, but it's just my personal opinion.

Summary: The interface is pleasant to work with. I find the scheduling very convenient. It's easy to track the technicians, make the invoicing and send automated messages to the clients.

Positive: Interface, scheduling the appointments, accounting, the automated notifications, fast-payment feature.

Negative: It was a bit difficult to use in the beginning but tutorial with the Account Manager helped a lot.

Summary: Orcatec was the best solution for our business. Communication between employees now is so fast and the same for our business processes.

Positive: This tool was so easy to integrate because of perfect work of help team. We were communicating directly and solve small problems that we faced fast.

Negative: Tool has a lot of features. That's why you need spend time to understand how to use them in proper way.

Summary: Overall I have had a very positive experience with the software and with the excellent support provided to me by the account manager that I worked with, Vlad.

Negative: There are so many features that it can be sometimes overwhelming.

Positive: Orcatec has been an absolute pleasure to use for my business needs. It is super responsive and easy to use, and the price is far lower than what the other companies are offering. I would highly recommend it.

Negative: Had to relearn how to use all of the functionality coming from other software

Summary: My friend told me about Orcatec and I submitted a contact form on the website, I got a call right away and was able to get it setup that same day! the customer support is great, they were quick to answer my questions and guide me through the setup. whenever I need anything my account manager Alex is there to help. My overall experience has been great, wish I knew about it sooner! I am writing this review because I really believe every contractor needs Orcatec, it has given me more time for family and less stress knowing that a computer has my back and I am not trying to remember everything.

Positive: Love how easy it is to keep track of customer information, schedule appointments, and create thorough Estimates: My clients love to see exactly what they are getting for their money, with Orcatec I am able to put together detailed proposals in seconds loading from my premade templates. I can present the estimate from my iPad using the mobile app, it has greatly increased my sales... I can see my customers reactions, overcome abjections and close the deal. I think my favorite feature is the equipment order, in just a few clicks I am able to send my supplier a detailed list of equipment/supplies that I need for the job. With equipment shortages these days the sooner I place the order the more likely I will get my stuff in time... this feature alone has saved me hours a week and peace of mind knowing the job is on the right track.

Negative: It is hard to think of any negative things about the program, overall it has been everything I need and more, the only Con I can think of is getting used to the change from doing everything on paper.. it takes a bit more time to input information versus scribbling it on a piece of paper that gets lost forever. With software I know my clients information and notes are saved and will be available for me whenever I need from anywhere.

Summary: Like this app. A huge thank to all support Orcatec team. Extremely recommended this app for a small family business, impressive.

Positive: Very customizing and powerful app. Like use it from technician role. Map and accounting module are great.

Negative: Too much functionality, what I didn't use. Little hard to understand how to use in the first time.
