    Summary: It doesn't matter how great of a system you think you're running, In my opinion BuildOps can do it better.

    Positive: Great features but my shop which is on the smaller side. Good because I can grow into it but a bit overkill for now.

    Negative: Lots of features to improve what we're doing now and for what we will do in the future. I'm probably only using 20% of the full measure right now. Hope to keep adding.

    Summary: We are a much more efficient company after choosing BuildOps. Less paperwork and errors. We're believers! Using them for: Field service management, HVAC, HVAC GPS Tracking, Service Work Order, Field Service Mobile Apps, Field Activity Management, Service Dispatch

    Positive: Quoting, no doubt. We like that you can customize quotes on the go (before we were manually editing each quote in Word), email them out to customers right away and can keep track of them in one place. That savings in time alone is worth it.

    Negative: Bells and whistles are worth it but it's not cheap.

    Summary: Best in the business for commercial service. Really liked their platform workflows and cost was ok too.

    Positive: Tight workflow that matches our business without too much tinkering. Enough customization options to make it your own but not so many that it's overwhelming. Just right.

    Negative: Designed heavily for HVAC and electrical businesses and could be more flexible for other industries. I am in the commercial garage door space and still need to estimate outside of the platform.

    Good platform with nice functionality and for reasonable price

    Summary: Overall has a good balance of niche features that are relevant for HVAC of field service management. Scheduling, time tracking, quoting and invoicing, agreement management, OCR, - at a reasonable price.

    Positive: You definitely get the value with this platform - nice offerings at the right price. Customer care did a great job at bringing us up to speed. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field.

    Negative: Could be a bit cheaper for a small companies in the field.
