Summary: BirdEye is a great tool to to increase customer review for your Brand presence across many sites. It helps us in tracking all the review request and progress on them from a single dashboard, You can easily reply too all the review on your brand though a single dashboard. It helps me getting new reviews through automatically asking the new customers for feedback after the service. The templates asking for review from new customers are very flexible and configurable. You can select top preferred channel of review, for us it is Google Review and FaceBook Review. Overall its a great tool to increase your presence on review column, which helps you rank on top on business listing too.
Positive: BirdEye is great tool designed to get customer review and increase engagement. BirdEye helps us organize all the review from our customer on different platforms. It helps us increase the customer engagement through multiple point of touch with the customers.
Negative: BirdEye is excellent tool to organize and increase customer review across multiple sites.

Summary: BirdEye helped me to see customer views on my business. Before I have dependent on surveys and forms to gather information form clients but now BirdEye makes everything simple and easy. It also lets you share reviews on other platforms.
Positive: It helps an enterprise to gather reviews from clients. It's the best tool to see your business from a customer point of view. For a review, you can directly send the client using its SMS and email.
Negative: As far in my experience, I didn't have any issue using its features.

Summary: Great product which produced fabulous results for my business.

Summary: My business has been boosted by the tools provided by this platform, since I can improve the experience of my clients and I can grow my online reputation, which is currently very important to have a weight on the Internet to be noticed. Birdeye helps me collect much more feedback than the traditional way, plus I can respond directly to customers faster, improving the user experience to promote and collect as positive reviews as possible. Through this platform I have been able to manage the experience of all the clients that I have obtained throughout my career and I have been able to more quickly collect feedback from multiple sites where I have my business, being able to connect with clients being closer to them. For any user who cares about the opinions received from their customers and who wants to capture the reviews from different platforms on their website to have everything in one place, this platform is ideal for doing that job, being useful to be able to manage with ease the collection of opinions and in addition to being able to carry out their respective analyzes to improve everything that is failing or that clients consider to be working inefficiently when receiving a service.
Positive: The integration that has these CRM platforms is perfect, they are very complete, it has facilitated the synchronization of a lot of data that I have from clients, thus being able to send the automatic submission of review requests more easily. This has been a great help since I do not have to manually export from other platforms to Birdeye, there are also many platforms that I can integrate with it, so I have no limits in case an integration is available and in case this happens to me I can create my own connections via the API.
Birdeye has a very solid and complete mobile application, it has allowed me to access this platform from any time anywhere, thus being able to monitor any review that customers make about the experiences obtained. In addition to that I can also add answers in case a customer leaves a question within a review and also be able to send surveys in case of conducting market research.
The review generation function helps me a lot to automate the process of receiving a rating from clients which I am providing a service, this has been useful to me because emails or text messages are automatically sent to clients after a transaction has been completed, asking them to rate the experience obtained and to leave a review of what their entire process was like. With this functionality I have been able to exponentially improve the positions received through different platforms, such as social networks, which can have a great impact on potential clients who want to consult my services.
Keeping track of opinions is an easy task with this platform because it gives me a space where I can receive notifications when a customer leaves an opinion on one of the platforms where I have linked Birdeye and thus be aware of the most recent opinions, helping me to improve in case something is going wrong and in case it is a positive opinion to be able to know that everything is going correctly with the business which is meeting the objectives. I can also respond from the dashboard or send a private message to resolve any issues a customer may have leaving a negative review on an event they don't like. With this platform I am able to improve customer satisfaction by being able to improve the services that I am offering.
Birdeye gives me the facility to import reviews from other platforms to my website to avoid the manual work process of passing reviews one by one to my website. A clear example is that this platform links the opinions of users of social networks with my website without having to make manual entries, this in order to increase credibility and my online presence. In addition to that I can also filter unwanted content in order to have responses with positive and negative feedback, and that they are not reviews that generate hatred or violence towards other clients or company staff, simply that they are constructive and high-value reviews that allow to improve the customer experience and it does not matter if it is negative or positive.
The reports it provides are very complete and detailed, with analyzes that show the performance of any type of business in different channels where Birdeye is linked. This gives me an idea of how customers perceive my brand, so I can determine the areas where there is a deficiency and where it would be advisable to improve to exploit its maximum performance. I can also export this data in a CSV format so that I can perform more personalized analysis on any platform that interests or suits me.Negative: I really don't find negative points that make Birdeye inefficient, I really liked how it works and I have found very few negative points that I don't think affect how I see this platform and how it works for me. Many similar rigs come at a great competitive price compared to Birdeye. It may be worth going with this platform for the features it offers, however, the investment that should be made in Birdeye should be considered because it may not be profitable for the value that this platform provides.
There are few characteristics that have to be able to encourage clients who recommend my company to their work colleagues, friends or family. This demotivates me a bit because I have few customization options in this section. Therefore, I would like to make Birdeye's referral campaigns feature more robust so that I have more options to personalize and incentivize my customers who refer so I can have more growth for my business.
It tends to disconnect many times from some platforms in which I have Birdeye synchronized, this is annoying because although I receive a disconnection notification, it does not automatically reconnect. In addition to the fact that it takes time to manually connect everything, this is tedious to redo since it takes a lot of time. -

Summary: Overall, we've found Birdeye to be very valuable for our clients when it comes to online presence and reputation management. There are some things that could work a bit more smoothly, but most of what we need and want to use it for works great.
Positive: Birdeye has some really excellent features: the review request text messaging and review response automations are very helpful for our clients. Having all online reputation management and customer interactions available on the same profile is very helpful, and being able to give our clients a login profile so they can see and respond to reviews and messages is great. The option to integrate POS systems is also very helpful.
Negative: There are some limitations on the integrations side, namely that we have to wait for tech support to do it which takes some time. The social media function is nice to have a part of the system as a whole, but it is a bit basic in its overall look and functionality. We would like more options for mass text messaging as well, not just review and referral campaigns.

Summary: Overall a great program that helps you get lots of good reviews especially via text message. That's the best part.
Positive: Does a great job helping gather lots of reviews and places them online for people to find via search engine.
Negative: They have reviews go on a BirdEye hosted page, not Google or Facebook which you lose if you cancel your subscription.

Price Gouging of Small Businesses Post-Pandemic - 104% Price Increase! Date: Apr 12 2021
Summary: I think this shows a systemic shift from small-business-centric values to ruthless profiteering and a total lack of moral compass on the part of leadership.
Way to attempt to profit from the country's collective misery, BirdEye. Nice work.Positive: They were good before the pandemic. Now they show poor ethics and profiteering behavior. Not cool, BirdEye.
Negative: The 104% price increase they offered me when I attempted to return to them after the pandemic started to ease, and we began working on business recovery.
