Summary: To people who are skeptical about using Birdeye... Don't be! It is worth it! We have generated an additional 12 reviews in just a few weeks without doing anything. After the on-boarding it is pretty much automatic.
Positive: The ease of use. The ability to auto generate review requests. The increased traffic. The credit card function. Much more!
Negative: There is honestly nothing that I don't like about Birdeye.

Summary: Overall, this app has been a great help in increasing my business.
Setup was a breeze, and once the usual missteps of installing any software were taken care of, we don't need to do anything to maintain it.Positive: The seamless integration with QuickBooks desktop saved us countless hours and clients' responses have been more than favorable.
Negative: I list clients in my QB under headings that segregate them by how I bill them, such as Quarterly/ACE.

Summary: Birdeye makes it easy to get set up and start using your review and referral site. They walk you through everything step by step.
Positive: Everything! It looks great when sending the review request or referral request to your clients with your logo and a personalized touch, if you want to get more referrals and reviews this is the platform to use!
Negative: Nothing really, everything has been extremely easy to use and they've been great to work with. they are very thorough!

Summary: We use Birdeye for pretty much all our external company communications and to converse with current and potential customers, and collect company reviews. So far it has been great.
Positive: Easy to use.

Great way to keep everything in a single place.Negative: Will like to be able to assign a ticket to more than one person in my team.

Summary: Overall is that it is easy to work with, and internal communication is also easy because we can leave internal notes that will only be read by our team.
Positive: I like how friendly the platform is, that the users get email notifications and how simple is to assign calls to any agent.
Negative: That it is a website and there is no way to work with it if the wifi goes down.

Summary: Birdeye has allowed us to stay in better contact with our customers, remedy any problems, and capture great 5* reviews that make us look fantastic on Google and Facebook.
Positive: Very full-featured service, excellent tech staff, very effective at getting new reviews. Also, great way to capture the rare bad reviews and get a chance to make it right for the customer.
Negative: Sometimes it takes an escalation to get a problem fixed.

Summary: This site has helped us promote our business with positive feedback. It has also been easy to use. I like that I can log in and check on all of my offices and reward potential employees based on reviews given by office location.
Positive: I love that our patients have a platform where they can give open an honest feedback from their visits.
I also like that if a patient has a poor experience, we do not have to send them a review.Negative: I haven't come across a negative feature at this point.
