Summary: Birdeye nails it everytime. They have fantastic service, are proactive in reporting errors that are found (this morning, I received a call from them to notify me that an automation shut down due to a server update from the EHR we use, and they walked me through fixing the issue), and they have stellar service. When you have questions they are amazing about responding quickly and helping resolve any concerns. I would highly recommend.
Positive: Birdeye is fantastic for being able to connect with your clients and gain the most important marketing ever... Google reviews. We have been using Birdeye for over a year, and have an automation set to send our patients a google review request as soon as their appointment has been concluded. Since implementing this, we have been getting many 5 star reviews which is the driving force behind sales.
Negative: Birdeye is expensive if you are a new business, or small business, however the cost is well worth the service.

Summary: It makes my job easier so I love it so much! Plus everyone there is SO nice if you have an issue. You cannot get any easier than one place to respond to all your reviews! It's brilliant.
Positive: Everything about Birdeye is convenient and it saves me so much time! I can answer all our reviews from one space. Amazing.
Negative: I do not have any cons to list. Occasionally you have to refresh the monitoring but it's rare that it isn't updated.

Summary: We were having issues receiving messages through Birdeye that were coming through Facebook Messenger for several locations. The help desk talked me through how to properly turn on messenger in Facebook and then integrate messenger to Birdeye so the messages would come through. They were very helpful and persistent to continue helping until the problem was resolved.
Positive: Responsive, great communication, persistent in helping and continuing contact until the issue was resolved.
Negative: None. The issue was resolved and there were no cons.

Summary: It's been great to increase viewership and promote our practice. I love the breakdown of info on the main page. Also ease to navigate around, not cluttered.
Positive: Easy platform to maneuver around. Customer service is great when I've needed them to help from time to time.
Negative: So far, nothing comes to mind! Whenever I've had issues, customer service takes care of quickly.

Summary: Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to give clients easier access to leave reviews and give you their feedback!
Positive: So many functions to give you all the information you need at your finger tips. This captures great feedback from your clients! Information like ages, gender, states, countries and more. It gives your clients an option to give you direct feedback first before reviewing on Google or other sites if they're not happy with something. That way you can reach out to them and address anything they may need. Such a great tool! Support is great, anytime I need help I get an answer or feed back within 24 hours.
Negative: Once in a while there's a glitch with survey emails and they wont come through, but 99% of the time I get everything :)

Summary: Highly recommend for all their services! We are adding the chat feature on for our website and various other services of theirs. Plus their customer support is so fast!
Positive: Our office has gotten more reviews after 1 week with Birdeye than we have in the last few months. We’re excited to keep using them!
Negative: The texts with our logo looks a little off. It’s somewhat grainy, but overall great!

Summary: Birdeye is great for businesses.
Positive: Birdeye helps us keep in touch with our patients via text, which we LOVE, as well as follow ups after appts. Their support is very quick too. :)
Negative: Not sure. A cool feature with the texting would be to be able to set an away message, so patients aren't texting you over the weekend and wondering where we are. We don't work 24/7! :)

Summary: Good. I would recommend the BirdEye solution to any small business owner. Take the time to set it up right and you will have a great platform that will help grow your business
Positive: Support team is super responsive when there are issues. Our account rep is amazing. The product itself does what it's supposed to.
Negative: When we have issues the support team is more interested in closing the ticket than solving the problem. I am betting that their compensation is based on that. They always fix the problem and they are very nice but you can tell they are pressured to close tickets.

Summary: Overall I love Birdeye and it has made my work life much better! I am very satisfied with the reports and survey abilities. This platform does everything I need it to do on a customer experience level.
Positive: Platform is Super user friendly! Help is always just a click away! Everyone is extremely nice and polite!
Negative: It’s hard to find any cons, the only thing I can think of is that the tags in the uploads are tricky to figure out.

Summary: Compared to the other platforms, they have the most robust platform, they offer the best value proposition and you get the best results.
Positive: Google reviews galore, listings and amazing mobile app, they got it all, not much else to say other than once you are a BirdEye user you never want to give it up. The best reputation software hands down.
Negative: I have not found anything that is a con at this point.
