Summary: Unlike other award programs where you have tiers with (usually) cheap products that won't last a year, Awardco offers the freedom of choice. Our company utilizes Amazon so there's virtually endless options to choose from. Shipping is fast and customer service was very easy to deal with the one time there was a slight issue. The user interface is simple enough for anyone to use which warrants a 10/10!

Positive: Huge selection of products, simple interface, extremely easy checkout process and customer service has been great when needed.

Negative: The search functionality could be better as some things (more obscure) may be hard to find.

Summary: It was a new and positive experience. The products that can be purchased through Awardco are great.

Positive: It's nice to be rewarded and recognized for hard work. Awardco made it possible for me to get office equipment I needed to get in order to do my job.

Negative: I don't have any cons about Awardco. I love everything about Awardco.

Summary: Extremely satisfied with this Awardco product and would recommend to small and large business alike.

Positive: Able to get details reports for various needs (Direct Supervisors as well as Accounting Department for reconciliations).

Edit capability by Managers and Administrators.
Astonishing amount of choices available for recognition.

Negative: Must front load dollars to account in order to be able to distribute funding through rewards to recipients. Since we have a quarterly budget it's not an issue for us and it actually helps us stay in alignment.

Summary: Overall, I've had a great experience with AwardCo and totally recommend companies to put this into place. It makes the employees happy to see their hard work rewarded in real time!

Positive: What I really appreciate about AwardCo is that they have so many options when it comes to spending my points. I could book a hotel room, buy an air fryer, or even get a gift card to my favorite makeup store without feeling guilty! Also, every time I receive an award from my company, it's really cool to be able to see the fruit of your hard labor in real time. I also appreciate how fast the awards arrive to my home. I've never had an issue.

Negative: Sometimes there are specific points that I can't use for certain products so I may have to save up a little longer for more top tier items.

Summary: Looking forward to using Award Co. more! It's a great way for companies to show their appreciation to their employees.

Positive: Easy to use, and was as simple as online shopping. Dashboard is simple, and I love how you can gift towards your other co workers!

Negative: So far so Good! I haven't had any issues, and Award Co is user friendly.

Summary: I have used the award program several times now and again, ease of use, convenience and rapid access without a lot of complications make it highly preferred over my organization's previous award program.

Positive: I like everything about this program. It's easy to use and recognize someone right away when something spectacular or appreciated is observed.

Negative: I have not found any negatives or deficits when using this program.

Summary: This is a great program that has been an easy way to get office equipment that the company has provided us. I will also be a manager soon and out of training I like the idea of being able to leverage points to motivate my team.

Positive: There are a lot of items and category's to chose from. I love the chat feature. I have used it a few times already and have been happy with the level of service. Very easy to navigate. I like the gohealth swag shop. I like the idea of being able to sent points to others and being able to earn points.

Negative: It has taken a long time for one off my returns to process from amazon and to get those points back.
I think there is a glitch because I have earned 5 points from training class but those 5 points can not apply to the office category.

Summary: Love my awards! They arrived very quickly.

Positive: Great selection. I ordered the bed in breakfast tray, an awesome fan, and a fire extinguisher. My husband and I are thrilled. It was an unexpected award. Very cool!

Negative: Extra points being unusable. Cannot pay the difference for higher priced items.

Summary: It is a great way for a company to reward their employees. I typically get one reward a month - one for my birthday and then for any kudos. It is great!

Positive: Once I pick an item it is shipped immediately, I usually get it within a day, 2 at the most. Fast and efficient, love it!

Negative: My company doesn't offer a huge variety - not Awardco's issue.

Summary: Awardco platform has been fantastic for our operational teams. It has allowed us to double down on our employee engagement and incentivize our employees to hit our monthly KPI goals. In addition, we've begun to see an increase in peer-to-peer recognition, which is essential as we transition even more into a remote environment.

Positive: My employees love the ability to receive recognition from management and peers. In addition, they love the vendor options available (Amazon, ticket purchasing, hotels, etc.).

Negative: My employees would love to have the ability to add funds to complete the purchase of an item that they have on their radar. In addition, the ability to take Awardco points and use your debit/credit card towards the remaining balance of purchase would be incredible.

Summary: Very good! So excited that my Company is using this system, that helps the employees to get their products on time.

Positive: Fast service and everything came well! All the products were good, nothing broken and good products so far!

Negative: Honestly nothing bad to say about this experience.

Summary: Website was user - friendly! Ordering was easy! Delivery was fast! Everything I expected was on point! Look forward to my 15 year award! :)

Positive: I received an email from my company for my 10 year work anniversary date. I was provided with 100 points to use on any product in the selection. It is actually hard to choose from all the choices I had. I narrowed it down to what I really needed which was a Set of Kitchen Knives (you can't have to many of those) and they were needed in my household. I have since received them and use them everyday. The delivery was super fast and there was no damage to the packaging and it was exactly what I ordered.

Negative: I don't have any cons. Everything was what I expected it to be!

Summary: This programs allows the entire company to show appreciation for their co-workers. It's easy to use, and makes for fun inter-departmental acknowledgement.

Positive: Easy to use - There is no guessing!
Sleek design - Very modern and fun to use.
Interesting options - There are a lot of options to choose from when communicating with others on the platform.

Negative: There isn't anything I don't like about this platform.

Summary: Great online store to go shopping lots of places to shop from and choose from. Many options on where to shop and redeem from.

Positive: Great online store with lots of places to shop and redeem gift cards . My job uses the online store for rewards to give out employees and I find it great I used my points to get a Starbucks gift card a it was easy to use and received my e gift card quickly.

Negative: There is none pick what you want and in minutes you’ll be shopping .

Summary: Overall this product is awesome and I highly recommend it!

Positive: Easy to recognize people in my organization for a job well done! You can tag your praises so you can easily see how many people are being praised for a certain category of feedback.

There is the option to award points as well, and users have so many different possibilities on how to redeem the points! There is definitely something for absolutely everyone! Choose from e-gift cards, shopping via Amazon, travel, event tickets, and more! It really is awesome and motivates our people to participate in contests and to just do a great job!

Negative: The only thing I don't like is the search option when searching on Amazon through the app. You have to start over if you view an item and don't want it. There are no breadcrumbs/back button.
