Summary: Overall, it was easy to use, decent selection and it was fun to complete even if it's just a $10 gift card to pick at a gift, it was all fun easy and exciting to complete, and I feel better as an employee knowing I am valued and I matter.

Positive: I like that I as an employee gets personally recognized, both from a Corp and manger level. I do believe that recognizing someone makes a better overall outcome for both employee and employer. I have been a manager in a small business up to a corp level, and at the moment i am an employee working for State Farm. I like that as an employee, I am recognized for the hard work, dedication and better yet just being a good employee makes me feel like I matter, my opinions, values, ideas, and work does get noticed, and makes a difference. I have to say it does matter what the employee thinks of the position and company they are in and the company can overall gain (better production, customer service, support, management, outcome.)

Negative: The selections could be more. Maybe some of the pricing a little bit better.

Summary: The selection of desirable items at a low cost would be useful, otherwise I find a lot of value in the few items I can apply my points towards

Positive: Let me start by saying I appreciate what Awardco is fundamentally. I like the idea of getting small little gifts at work like movie credits for Fandango.

Negative: What I will say though is the selection of items above that dollar value ($25-$100 what I would typically receive) the selection of items isn't that desirable. I would also offer the idea of paying the difference of the points in cash for items I can't afford point-wise.

Summary: Highly satisfied. 4 out 5 stars. Website is easily accessible and well maintained. I would prefer to have a darker theme with lower contrast for visually impaired individuals to make it easier to read.

Positive: Very convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend awardco to other companies. Easy access and platform allows users to easily keep track of points and keeps employees satisfied.

Negative: Occasionally the sight has minor glitches and lags. I also have some concerns about privacy.

Summary: I love the effect Awardco has on my company. It adds a new level of added support and care to the job. It brings the team closer and improved the level of happiness across the company.

Positive: I like the added support the team has for each other with Awardco. It gives my company a more family like feeling, and gives an added incentive to help each other out.

Negative: The system is a little difficult to navigate, hard to see how many points I have left after giving some out.

Summary: Overall, if you want a great product, but also a product that comes from a great company Awardco is your place to go.

Positive: Awardco in general is an incredible company with great employees, this provides a wonderful customer support experience for anyone who uses the product. The product itself is a great way to remind your company to recognize those amazing employees around you, but in a fun and unique way.

Negative: Awardco is still a "newer-ish" company, so there are times where there are a lot of changes or updates.

Summary: Great application and would love to continue to have this be an option at work. Simple UI and searching could be optimized.

Positive: I really enjoy the option through work to earn rewards. There are a lot of options for products and purchase is simple.

Negative: I wish the UI had more options for searching through items without so many clicks, better browsing.

Summary: Awardco is a fantastic way for employers to shine the spotlight on those employees who rise above the expected and reach for the sky! I love that you get emailed when a new award has posted as well the ability to filter search if I am looking for something specific. I know in my office alone employee retention quadrupled since we first started using the software 3 months ago.

Positive: The ability to comment on other employee's recognitions.
Users can redeem rewards points for gift cards and other products. Users earn these points by receiving Kudos or Recognition from their Employer.
Users can search for coworkers, managers, products, or award categories easily with filters. Users can opt in for email notifications when a new achievement or award has been posted.

Negative: The first stages of signup are easy enough, but midway through you are left to your own devices with little to no assistance on what to do next. The software can be overwhelming at first for those users who are not tech savvy. There is no Co-Worker calendar showing birthdays, anniversaries or other events that usually come standard with these type of products. Users are unable to recognize a group or team at one time. In order to give Kudos to each team member, one would have to cross reference the team member names and input the award for each employee. The application is only available through the company website. It is not accessible through I-tunes or Google Play Store.

Summary: Overall I enjoyed it, not hard to navigate, super good quality of items. I cant complain about the overall success of Awardco.

Positive: Love Awardco, quick shipping, great products. Loved the packaging that my items came in b/c it was so secure.

Negative: I don't like that Awardco only lets you purchase specific things , I wanted a desk but it only allowed desk approved by my company even tho other desk were less points.

Summary: Very easy to get started and implement. Ease of use. Employee's love it.
Ability to make changes and make recognitions public or private. The ability to buy products directly from Amazon using the Awardco platform is a huge plus, no other company offers this. Highly recommend.

Positive: Employee engagement.

Negative: Reporting functions need some work.
It would be great if there is an app on the app store rather than having to download from their website.

Summary: Great quality product and at a reasonable price point. The website is easy to use and offers a great selection of product.

Positive: There are a large variety of offerings and the site is user friendly. I like how I can limit to the number of Awardco points I have so I am not looking outside my range. The ability to select a gift card for almost anywhere is also appreciated.

Negative: Sometimes it takes a few weeks to get your order, but that could be the shipping system and not Awardco.

Summary: I really like being able to choose things I need and will use and it has been really helpful when I want to get my kids a surprise.

Positive: I like that I can choose how I get rewarded for things I do at work and I am not just given things I don't need.

Negative: I think the way to search for items could be improved.

Summary: I like it overall.

Positive: I like that the I can see all the products available to me all on one page and that's it's linked to Amazon.

Negative: I can't pay for the difference once my points are used up when purchasing a product. For example: I have 162 available points and a chair costs 172 points, the site does not allow me to purchase the chair with paying the difference on my own like a credit/debit card or PayPal. I cannot purchase the chair at all!

Summary: Great tool to reward employees and highly recommended to colleagues at other corporations and academic organizations.

Positive: Easy to administer electronically to chose recipients.
Ability to track activity with ease.
Design is easy to navigate.

Negative: There are no real cons to using the product. Excellent product.

Summary: Impressed with the wide array of goods available and the follow through after the order was placed.

Positive: Awardco honored processing order even though an error existed on site. Commend Awardco for standing behind their service.

Negative: Improvement could be made if able to search based on certain number of points that want to be spent.

Summary: My overall experience has been extremely positive and enjoyable.

Positive: It lets us select what to use the award on egift cards, Amazon gift cards or Amazon orders lost of variety.

Negative: Nothing.
