Summary: This is a great way to reward people by allowing them the option to choose the gift they want. It is shipped right to your home with a friendly UPS driver. I have been extremely pleased with the many options to choose from their inventory.

Positive: Many options to choose from based on your points. Cool gifts from air buds to exercise equipment. Based on point balance, you can get some really cool stuff for FREE. A great way to reward your employees for job well-done.

Negative: I wish some of the really cool items didn't require such a high point balance in order to achieve them.

Summary: This has been great! I am glad my company has partnered with Awardco to award their employees. I also look forward to receiving my swag in a timely manner :)

Positive: I Love being able to select swag or gift cards. The options are robust and easy process from start to finish.

Negative: I have not experienced any cons, the options are robust and an easy process.

Summary: Overall I love Awardco and their huge variety of gift cards. Will continue to use and recommend others to use Awardco as well.

Positive: I love the variety of options which you can spend you points on, as well as the huge variety of gift cards! They also have fast shipping times which is great, and when companies use Awardco I believe they motivate their employees with Awardco points due to their employees being able to use their points on these great options. I would definitely recommend using Awardco to any company looking for new ways to provide incentives to their employees.

Negative: Sometimes you can only use your points on certain sections but if you don't have enough points for those you can't use them on the other types of options. Only con I can think of at the moment.

Summary: I thought it was great and look forward to being able to visit again.

Summary: I never had a company provide all the great awards like Go Health. i love the separate different categories we have to choose from to claim a prize. I absolutely love the fact that I can get new supplies for my home work space.

Positive: I love that agents have a place to go to view and claim rewards. The program offers rewards for so many different great places and so many different things to choose from. I really enjoy having this option to go redeem rewards.

Negative: No Cons its great! The company is awesome for providing this benefit to its agents.

Summary: Overall, I think it's an awesome program and works really well for us here at our job to award those who deserve some recognition.

Positive: I like how easy and convenient it is. It's very user friendly.

Negative: That's not really anything I don't like! It worked very well for me.

Summary: Love this as a reward system/perk at work. Lets an employee be who they are by letting them choose their own rewards.

Positive: I get to choose my gift/reward/award. Our firm uses Amazon, and although not everything on Amazon is available through, there is quite a broad array to choose from.
My employers don't know what I want, and instead of giving us stuff we may already have or don't like, we get to choose our gifts exactly.
Shipping is fast and free.
You can save up points to get something really expensive.
The online chat has been very helpful when I have questions.

Negative: Can't always see the full description of an item as it is listed on amazon, like dimensions, etc.

Positive: Honestly, I got the whole process of getting an award, and then searching for different ways to use it, whether on Amazon or other gift cards was super easy. Highly highly highly recommend this service.

Negative: It doesn't have every store on their gift card registry, which is to be expected. But there were a couple that I was interested in but didn't see.

Summary: It is a great program and I really do enjoy it. Being able to see people being awarded for there hard work and also to receive a gift saying what I did good feels good.
