Summary: The hardest part was figuring out what to select. Once I made a selection, I received a email notification that my item was in process, and the following day a shipping notification and had my item within day.

Positive: Using Awardco was super easy and a lot of fun to view all the items. I like how everything was broken down into award groups as well.

Negative: I had no cons. The whole process was a lot of fun!

Summary: I love it!! It's a nice way to say a "job well done, and we want you to know how much we appreciate your hard work". It really helps me to enjoy what I do even more. So, Thank you!

Positive: The products are good quality. The system is easy to maneuver. And I'm happy with the items I have purchased.

Negative: Sometimes it's difficult to remember where in the system I found an item. However, I'm learning to save items for later. It makes the process easier.

Summary: I would say overall my experience has been good. I love the ease of ordering products and how we can even purchase tickets for concerts, or even sporting events! I love that I have control.

Summary: The pros out weigh the cons. I am really enjoying this program. If I am using points as gifts, I just use the pre-paid VISA card option and order direct from Amazon so I can include a gift card and gift wrap.

Positive: Being able to use "Kudo Points" as $$ is GREAT! Being able to shop Amazon for large variety of items is convenient. Also really like the instant pre-paid VISA card option for any other vendor.

Negative: Wish I could use the Gift Card option in Amazon when using points on gifts for family members.

Summary: Overall its pretty fun to reward yourself on something you actually want and is worth it. It makes you anticipate your next use of optix!

Positive: I like the categories of items that are available. Also how we are offered new and improved items that are worth spending for.

Negative: The confusion of how much optix actually cost. Like when you spend how much the actual dollar to optix is.
