This innovative framework allows users to import their own CAD files from various formats such as STEP, SolidWorks, CATIA, and NX, while enabling the definition of kinematics like drives, sensors, and grippers without modifying the original model's geometry. Furthermore, it integrates real or simulated PLCs and robot controllers seamlessly into a single 3D model through over 15 native interfaces, including Siemens S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT/ADS, OPC UA, MQTT, EtherNet/IP, Fanuc, KUKA, and ABB. The platform comes with complete C# source code, eliminating concerns about black box operations and vendor lock-in, while delivering stunning visuals at 60 fps and maintaining costs significantly lower than traditional digital factory solutions. A single model can transition smoothly throughout various stages, from sales and engineering to virtual commissioning, 3D HMI, and operator training.
