The system operates by allowing staff to input their availability, absences, and scheduling preferences using simple language (for example, "no on-call on Tuesdays, and I prefer to keep Fridays free in March"), while the clinic can set overarching rules and fairness standards. In a matter of seconds, Synchro produces a fully optimized monthly schedule that avoids conflicts, ensuring a fair distribution of evenings, weekends, and total shifts among staff.
