Our software was initially developed to facilitate the sending and receiving of faxes via your telephone line and fax modem, and we still offer support for that traditional “real time” functionality. Years ago, we identified the advantages of online faxing, which led us to partner with Snappy Fax and Snappy Fax Server to enable the use of FaxAge and SRFax online fax services, even though we do not provide an online fax service ourselves. After extensive research and evaluation involving approximately two dozen different services, we concluded that these two stood out as the best options available, particularly regarding cost-effectiveness, security, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. By removing the need for a complicated web interface and optimizing the faxing experience, Snappy Fax allows for effortless, unattended receipt of new faxes in the background, making it an ideal front-end solution for both FaxAge and SRFax. This seamless integration ultimately enhances user convenience while maintaining high standards of efficiency and security.
