Venta4Net™, a network version, is a variant of the popular VentaFax program. Venta4Net products can be used to send and receive faxes and voice messages using a fax modem (regular telephone telephony), or the Internet (IP Telephony). It allows users to send voice and fax messages from any computer on a network that has the client end software installed. Clients prepare messages and send them through a server, which is one of the computers on the network that has Venta4Net installed. This computer must have a modem (or multiple modems) that can be connected to a phone line (lines), or to the Internet (VoIP Telefpony). The server can be used as an answering machine, and can receive voice and fax messages. The settings allow for the forwarding of received messages to a particular user or multiple users. These messages can be sent to other recipients later on.
