Summary: NewOrg is simple, easy to use, and does just what we need it to. Having engaged, thorough, and quick support makes all the difference!

Positive: We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. It has been a game changer for us.

Negative: Because the system wasn't originally designed for the way we use it, we have to get a bit creative at times, but we are able to do this, which is great!

Summary: When I first started as Executive Director of our non-profit organization, I was told by the Board of Directors that NewOrg was broken. Not only was it not broken but it was even better than I had hoped for. The applications are working well and easy to use. Nick Rowan and his support team are readily available, creative, and efficient in managing the unique update requests for our organization.

Positive: The applications are clear and easy to use.
The support team is reliable, effective and creative in their response to our updates.

Negative: The reporting application is not easy to use and the dashboard needs a re-design.

Summary: The experience has been very positive. NewOrg staff has been very diligent in meeting our organization's needs.

Positive: The platform is designed to meet our specific needs. Tracking our daily interactions with organization stakeholders allows us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our constituents.

Negative: So far, we haven't identified anything glitchy with the system. It took a week or so to get used to working with the program, but any questions were answered promptly, and we had a user manual nearby.

Summary: I enjoyed working with Mr. Nicholas Rowan. He listened to our staff, he worked with our organization and was able to work through any issues that we had. It was great to work with him and his team, we appreciate that they worked so diligently with our team to deliver the product that we were seeking to enhance the productivity of our team. I am thankful that we have been able to continue to work with Nick as he has a great personality! Thank you so much for your fantastic customer support Nick!

Positive: I genuinely enjoyed the fact that this system allows for our organization to Customize the product to fit our needs in the areas of reporting, customer management, volunteer management, and so much more. We were able to work with the support team to be educated on how to use the system for our organizational needs and within each of the roles we play.

Negative: Some of the ways in which to get things accomplished are heavy in the steps and how to accomplish them, or there can be one thing that is marked and messes up the way it communicates with other areas.

Summary: With the outstanding assistance from NewOrg staff and Mr. Nicholas Rowan, our implementation support, we have successfully developed a custom CRM system tailored precisely to our organization's needs.

Negative: While NewOrg offers numerous impressive features and training resources, navigating the system may initially pose a challenge for those not familiar with the platform. However, with some learning, it becomes incredibly useful. As for cons, certain features tailored to our organization's specific needs are not yet available for implementation. Nonetheless, NewOrg is actively updating and improving its system, and I'm optimistic about the potential benefits of new features as they become available for enhancing our organization's operations.

Summary: Product has far exceeded our expectations. We met with several software providers/developers and we would have had to reshape our programs to fit their software. NewOrg understood our field and went fare beyond what other providers would offer to customize their software to our programs.

Positive: An unbelievable development team that not only tolerated numerous and tedious requests but went out of the way to customize a product that works best for us. Because of NewOrg we have been able to reassess and revamp our operations and programs to not just manage better but to help our clients better. Producing data for funding sourcing has improved greatly as well.

Negative: We have yet to experience any negatives from product or service.

Summary: We are very satisfied with NewOrg software. We are a small non-profit organization that were looking for an affordable customized case management solution and NewOrg is that.

Positive: NewOrg is completely customizable. The staff at NewOrg worked with us to create a software package that fits our needs perfectly. If you are a small non-profit looking for an affordable completely customized software package that meets all your needs NewOrg is the solution.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: A very interesting platform that gives you more access to your data and pages than many modern sites. There are multiple spots that enable you to write raw SQL so you can grab exactly the data you're looking for. And if you want you can make all sorts of patches on pages with a bit of javascript. Chances are that you'll need to spend a good amount of time up front thinking through the design for your workflow - which custom fields go with which types of records. But since you can configure it all on the fly you will only need to reach out to support when you don't know how to accomplish your thing. And their support has always been friendly to me.

Positive: Allows you to create your own custom fields which apply to Customers or to their particular records.
You can build any number of reports your own way, changing the column names, ordering, sorting. And for things that are more complex you can drop in a SQL snippet to get exactly the data and format you want.
Lets you construct "Print Forms" which can be used for letters, fancier reports, signable PDFs, and more if you know javascript.
Has a customer facing portal. Customers have their own set of uploaded files, and can make payments online (PayPal).
Roll your own API for pulling data out.
Full auditability of who edited which record, what they did, and when.

Negative: Some advanced features require a lot of familiarity with how the site works, up to and including knowing database table and field names.
Not much documentation so you'll rely on support or curiosity to fill gaps in your knowledge. Takes a while to understand all the moving parts.
Some administrative menus aren't very intuitive.
The great ability to customize things means you'll need to spend a fair amount of time customizing.

Summary: NewOrg's product has many excellent functions, but what sets it apart from other CRM and event management systems are the responsiveness of the staff. Thank you NewOrg!

Positive: Easy event management, excellent customer management, powerful and simple reporting and native in the web.

Negative: NewOrg took their time before getting into the API space, but their approach to enable access to the data is refreshing and logical - worth the wait.

Summary: Our overall experience has been extremely positive. The team is extraordinarily responsive, helpful and always design elegant solutions. They take the time to truly understand your needs and business and are super fast at delivering the results. Pricing is also beyond fair compared to other solutions. We have appreciated that.

Positive: NewOrg has met the needs of our organization for more than a decade. The team is amazing and have been able to help us find solutions as the organization grows and our needs or processes change.

Negative: A few things have not been intuitive to our business model, that said with training and use it becomes second nature and has worked and we are happy. Rarely will you find a platform that fits your model perfectly.

Summary: We are going from completely paper reliant to database reliant. It was a great process from NewOrg who got us started and helped set up our system and train us. Incredibly helpful team.

Positive: The system was customizable to our needs, very user-friendly, and has an excellent support team that is included in our monthly life cycle support fee.

Negative: We had fears of moving to a new platform but we didn't have any issues as we went through the implementation process. As a result, we can't find any cons with the system. It is a really good system.

Summary: When searching for the right software, we came across a number of systems that worked well for smaller programs but not for growth. With NewOrg, we can grow our small organization into something great without worrying about changing it in the future. This software can handle multiple users seamlessly and be customized to fit our needs. I can easily gather data for grant reports, and no longer have to create formulas to create my charts. Support service is wonderful and was another reason we chose NewOrg.

Positive: We have been able to go from using multiple spreadsheets, folders, and drives to using only one system to hold all the information we need. NewOrg not only provides great functionality for my data management needs but was able to customize a great online public-facing referral process that has cut down on the amount of manual data entry I had to do previously.

Negative: The calendar does not sync with my Google calendar for security reasons.

Summary: We've used NewOrg as our client database and CRM for several years now. NewOrg is flexible, responsive CRM that has always met our needs, and when the needs change, the NewOrg Support and Development teams are there to support those changes. The NewOrg team is very responsive and easy to work with, and specializing in non-profit organizations, understands the unique challenges to operations in the sector. I would recommend NewOrg to any non-profit organization looking for a scalable CRM solution that can be customized to meet their unique needs.
