The Screen Pops feature enables you to either answer or decline calls, send text responses, and even manage call transfers or holds directly from your screen. Furthermore, you can jot down notes and contact details within the Screen Pop, and this information will be instantly saved to your contacts. When linked with an integrated Simplii CRM, all relevant data, including call history, call recordings, SMS messages, call dispositions, and notes, are recorded in real-time, synchronizing effortlessly with your CRM. Simply connect your CRM account to Fusion, and you'll see the logs being updated automatically, enhancing your workflow and communication efficiency.
