TeleClock is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that enables employees within a company to clock in and out using a touch-tone phone, SMS, or a smartphone WebClock, making it convenient for them to manage their time from their workplace or client locations, which is particularly beneficial for those in community care and building services. In addition to time tracking, employees have the capability to input allowance details, such as distances traveled and overnight accommodations, or document care episodes for each job or client they assist. They can also access daily voice messages, known as the Message of the Day.
