Summary: Thank you to everyone involved in the process of getting me set up and running. I have no doubt this will continue to get even better with time. You guys are the real deal, and I'm grateful

Positive: Chris and Riley have done a superb job from the initial set up to follow-up and addressing questions. I took a few weeks to decide on moving forward with them. It took a few attempts for me to figure out the little nuances with Quickbooks and how it integrates, but the back-end process is very good and it's exactly what I had been looking for even 5 or 6 years ago when I first wanted a 3rd party option for payments to save money over Quickbooks. It's a very good product, company, and people!!

Negative: I would like to see statements available in the cloud and not just mailed out via the postal service.

Summary: It is easy to use, I really enjoy using EBizCharge and the security measures to make a credit card payment. I only wish a notification or email indicated a customer DID receive a receipt or an email payment. I will sometimes ask customers if they receive the receipt which sometimes they do but I will take the extra mile to print it out and resend it to them through email. This also can apply to the send email payment if they received the email payment and notification that I received the payment.

Positive: It is easy to use, and pretty self-explanatory in how to use it. Really like we have to liberty to manage customers' credit cards (ex. save their card or one-time payment) and have reliable security measures.

Negative: I wish there was a notification to indicate when a customer received an email payment or a receipt on my end.

Summary: Very seldom have there been any issues. But if there were the support team is #1. Quick call backs or immediate help.

Positive: I have had nothing but great experiences through the last few years we have used Ebiz and if there was an issue the support team was right there to assist.

Negative: The external portal but that is the only way we were able to connect.

Summary: My overall experience with EBizCharge has been wonderful, I highly suggest their service for any business accepting Credit Cards.

Positive: I am the controller of a company that uses EBizCharge on a daily basis for our retail department. The user interface is very simple to navigate. Exporting the daily batch reports makes for a quick and easy way to reconcile credit card transactions. Refunding transactions with EBizCharge is also very simple and convenient, and service charges are lower than our secondary merchant account.

Negative: I cannot think of a single con with EBizCharge. My company utilizes a second merchant account for our rental department, which is one of the larger and more elaborate gateways. I much prefer EBizCharge for its simplicity of design and ease of use.

Summary: Good overall, have been using them for years integrated into our system. No issues overall and respond when i have questions.

Positive: Easily integrated with our accounting software. Easy to use and input cards. Customer service is quick to respond.

Negative: Only negative is every once in a while i'll get a double refund processed when doing a credit. However, online account makes it easy to catch and correct.

Summary: Been using it for years with absolutely no issues. Never called in to discuss an issue all these years. Rates are great as well.

Positive: Amazing software. Very easy to use and absolutely no issues for years I've been using it and I never had to call in for anything.

Negative: Nothing not to like about the system. Everything is amazing.

Summary: We use this for our customized platform, they work great with our developers and are always on point. I can't say enough good things about them and we have been with them for over a decade.

Positive: Excellent service, timely reporting and tools. Great compliance! We never have any issues with settlements.

Negative: Nothing, we have never had any issues with them as a processor. They are very easy to work with.

Summary: Extremely user friendly and easy to customize email templates. Also, very affordable for what you are getting.

Positive: Integrates very well with Quickbooks Online. We find it very convenient how easy it is to customize the email templates that we send to customers.

Negative: The only thing that would make this better is the ability to process Canadian payments properly. We have several Canadian customers and the program has a difficult time understanding the billing addresses and the credit card information.

Summary: EBizCharge is a great system to work with. The processing system is simple to use and for everyone to use.

Positive: Gives you simple and full details of transactions. Easy to search for transactions using keywords.

Negative: Wish more reports were able to create for AR.

Summary: As an office manager for a limousine company, we have to navigate many websites throughout the day. EBizCharge is lower priced than the more complicated (and not so good) ones we've used in the past, was easy to learn and navigate, and provides us with many options for our business needs. I tend to use the website when it comes to client transactions rather than the software we use as I can see the details, not just a string of numbers and letters. The customer support has been awesome, I feel like they take the time for just me and they understand my needs. They have been able to resolve any issues I have thrown at them. I would definitely recommend EBizCharge.

Positive: Integrated easily with LimoAnywhere. I can see every transaction's details and email, refund, quick release funds directly from the site and it gets to the clients quicker. I can pull up transactions via several methods, not just the transaction number or client name, which helps with specificity. Customer support has been wonderful. The website doesn't crash like other credit card authorization sites we've used in the past.

Negative: The Virtual Terminal site does not integrate with LimoAnywhere, it is more a standalone site.

Summary: Great product! It is a great alternative compared to QuickBooks merchant services, Stripe, and PayPal. I wish I switched earlier!

Positive: 1. Easy to use

3. Responsive support
4. There is an easy to use customer portal
5. Customers have multiple options to get set up on the platform
6. Automatic invoices, reminders, etc.

Negative: None - I'm am very happy with the product! I love it.

Summary: Love the site, love the rates, and am very happy with how it works for us and our business. Things are easier and anybody can learn to use it.

Positive: Easy to use, customers are happy, and this part of the business is more streamlined. Reports are perfectly catered to our needs.

Negative: ERP integration. But that's our ERP system's fault. Otherwise, I don't have any problems.

Summary: Overall, it's been great, easy to reconcile with out bank. When we've needed support, they were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: We use Sage 100 and love that EBizCharge is easy to work with. It integrates smoothly with Sage 100. No extra steps involved in processing our credit card invoices. When we do need to use the virtual terminal online, that too is easy to use and we like being able to send email receipts directly from the website.

Negative: We did have a couple of hiccups when we first tried to integrate with Sage 100 but that may have been more of a Sage issue than an EBizCharge issue.

Summary: I have been a loyal customer of EBizCharge for the past five years, and I am continually impressed by the exceptional quality of service they provide. The team at EBizCharge offers prompt, friendly, and personalized service that is truly professional. They consistently deliver on their promise of timely reimbursements and offer transparent and straightforward billing, making it easy for their users to navigate the process. EBizCharge truly offers everything you could want from a business and more. After experiencing their top-notch service, I cannot imagine ever going elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Positive: Prompt Reimbursement.
Excellent Customer Service when needed.
Competitive rates.
Transparency in the billing.

Negative: Over the past 5 years, I haven't had a negative experience that I would need to address.

Summary: I have to use every day, sometimes multiple time. I find very little issues while using it and hav found answers to questions very attainable.

Positive: Very easy to use, directions are easy to find.
Was concerned about refunding, but found that to be as user friendly as well.

Negative: There really isn't anything I don't like at this time.
