During the practice phase, she observes the guide story to understand the elements of a successful conversation, then rehearses it nine times before sharing her top rendition with Paul, her sales manager. As part of the coaching process, Paul reviews Jennifer’s narrative, provides constructive feedback, awards her a four-star rating, and officially approves her story, signaling the completion of her assignment.
