At STIHL, we support the idea of monitoring technician productivity and rewarding them accordingly; however, this required store owners to manually gather data from paper tickets and input it into spreadsheets. In response, we streamlined this process by integrating automation into RepairStorm. Furthermore, any advancements made on Repcon would leverage the benefits of our platform, which includes features such as document management, version control, a 3D engine, rules engine, development and deployment environments, auto-generated forms, ERP integrations, and predefined processes and templates, allowing us to meet various needs without increasing the operational costs associated with the company's standard applications.
