RepairStorm Description

Summary: Not a well thought out application for my industry. It seems like they didn't adopt current best practices for applications like this.
Positive: Nothing. There is nothing good about this program. It doesn't seem to be very well thought out and has a wonky design.
Negative: Horrible CRM function. Very difficult to learn to use effectively. Crashed a lot. High cost to customize.

Summary: Horrible. Then when we told them we were changing to another service they locked us out of our data immediately. We can still access data from RepairShopr a company we used 2 years ago.... BAD Business... Recommendation choose RepairShopR it does A LOT more and 2 months of RepairStorm payments will cover a whole year of RepairShopr.
Positive: Nothing, from the attitudes of upper management, to all the down time. There is nothing good to say. Well one thing.... their sales people know how to sell a product. It may include lies, half truths and unkept promises but they hook you.
Negative: Always down, bait and switch on pricing, owner will insult you to your face when you ask about price more then doubling. You are denied any access to even add a period to a template PDF then get charged A LOT as they say "it takes hours to make a change to a PDF template and by the way here is your 3 hour bill at over $100 an hour to add that period" They always blame other companies when the SW is not working EX its the mail client we use they did an update or did you CTRL-F.
