Purchases through October 31, 2026: 5% on add-ons, 10% on services, and no StayPerk fee on invoices. From November 1, 2026: 10% on host/manager add-ons; 20% on guest-booked local services (5% to the host, 5% to the property manager when applicable, 10% to StayPerk); 10% on services booked by hosts/managers; 5% plus card fees when managers invoice hosts; no StayPerk fee on invoice payments, but card fees apply; and 1% plus card processing on direct bookings. Percentage fees apply before tax. Paid add-ons and services have a CAD $10 minimum.
