StayPerk Description

StayPerk gives independent short-term rental hosts one free place to run their properties. Hosts keep Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com bookings in a single calendar, take direct bookings with online payments on their own booking page, send cleaners checklists that come back with time-stamped photos, and share a mobile guest guide that guests open by link or QR code. The same guide prints as a Welcome Book. Hosts can also sell add-ons like early check-in to their own guests and track income and expenses. There is no subscription and no property limit; StayPerk takes a fee only on payments made through it.

Pricing Information:
No subscription; guest manuals, Welcome Books, signs, QR codes, bookings and messages are free. Prices are in CAD. Purchases through October 31, 2026: 5% on add-ons, 10% on services, and no StayPerk fee on invoices. From November 1, 2026: 10% on host/manager add-ons; 20% on guest-booked local services (5% to the host, 5% to the property manager when applicable, 10% to StayPerk); 10% on services booked by hosts/managers; 5% plus card fees when managers invoice hosts; no StayPerk fee on invoice payments, but card fees apply; and 1% plus card processing on direct bookings. Percentage fees apply before tax. Paid add-ons and services have a CAD $10 minimum. Transaction fees are deducted from sellers' proceeds, except invoice card fees are passed to the payer; StayPerk pays card fees on the new add-on and service transactions.
