We’ve had no bad guests since using the Guest Vetting Agent Date: Aug 14 2026
Summary: Overall, we’ve been really impressed with it. It’s great value considering some companies are charging extra for agent hubs.
Positive: The Guest Agent has been amazing. It knows the criteria we set for guests and screens them based on this. We set parameters for it to work with and it flags the ones that could be risky, so we can make a decision, whilst accepting the obvious and good guests. It learns from your decisions and it will build a conversation with the guests to gather more information before making a decision if required. There are options to automate the whole process, or a ‘Suggest’ mode that will screen the guests and then ask me or my team to make a decision once it has enough information. It even provides reasoning so we can just glance and click accept or reject. I’ve never used anything like this before, it’s saved us so much time and stress. We’ve loved it.
Negative: You still need human judgement for the odd booking. Some guests sit in a grey area, so we still review those ourselves. The useful bit is that the agent has already gathered the information and explained why it flagged them.

No more double bookings! Date: Aug 12 2026
Summary: We’re just a small single property business so this works perfectly for us and saves us so much time and money.
Positive: We’re using the ‘Solo’ free forever plan. It’s the first short term rental software we’ve found that provides instant multi-channel calendar sync for free. Exactly what we need to prevent any double bookings at our Airbnb.
Negative: Most features are included with the free plan but it will only accommodate a maximum of one property (although this can be across multiple channels like Airbnb and Booking.com). If you manage more than one property then you can pay and receive all the features.
