Description
Monster VoIP was founded to deliver superior voice quality and maximize uptime to customers anywhere in the United States, including L.A., New York, Washington, D.C., Houston, Dallas, Chicago, and beyond. It also provides unparalleled customer service and satisfaction. To ensure geo-redundancy, we set up data centers in Las Vegas and New York, Dallas, Minnesota, and Chicago. All endpoints were multi-registered at each facility. This is a fancy way to say that you can expect exceptional voice quality and unmatched business phone uptime from multiple locations. We made sure to provide a complete suite for communication tools on one platform. This means that you and your team need only to learn our user interface for all communication needs. We decided to fulfill our customer satisfaction promise by providing personalized setup and ongoing 24/7/365 support for every business VoIP customer who walks through our virtual doors.
Description
ecQX is Epygi's innovative cloud PBX solution, which can be deployed on either our servers or yours. The ecMON platform serves as a monitoring tool suitable for both cloud and on-premise environments, making it ideal for overseeing multiple installations seamlessly. Additionally, eQall acts as Epygi's Softphone, providing users the option to either replace traditional handsets or enhance existing systems. The user interface designed by Epygi is not only robust but also user-friendly, facilitating ease of use for all individuals. Comprehensive documentation and a variety of training videos are readily available to assist both users and administrators in becoming proficient with the system. The monitoring capabilities extend to both cloud and on-premise PBX configurations, allowing for the setup of alarms related to over 70 events within the QX or ecQX systems, including alerts for poor call quality. Users can save, restore, upload, and download QX configurations from both QX systems to the cloud and personal computers, ensuring flexibility in management. Maintenance of software versions on QX systems is also supported, along with the ability to confirm system activity, monitor uptime, and check registered endpoints. Moreover, graphical representations of CPU usage and concurrent call statistics help in analyzing system performance, while remote access to the GUI of the QX devices and their registered endpoints enhances operational efficiency. Ultimately, Epygi's solutions are designed to streamline communication and improve overall user experience while providing comprehensive oversight and control.
