ecQX - Epygi's cloud PBX solution. Can be hosted on our servers or on yours. ecMON – Monitoring platform for cloud and on-premise. This is a great way to manage multiple installations. eQall – Epygi Softphone. It can be used to replace handsets and supplement systems. Epygi's user interface has a robust and simple-to-use design. Administrators and users can access extensive documentation and a variety of training videos to help them get up to speed. Monitors both cloud-based and on-premise PBX system. Alarms can be set for more than 70 events in the QX and ecQX systems, including bad quality calls reports. You can save/restore, upload/download QX configurations from QX system to the cloud and your computer. Maintain the latest software versions on QX systems. Verify that QX systems are active. View uptime and registered endspoints. View graphical data on CPU activity and concurrent calls. Remotely access the GUI and endpoints registered on the QX devices and endpoints registered on the QX devices.
