Teams can generate QR-code surveys that customers access via their smartphones, allowing them to respond in either Arabic or English without the need for app downloads. As responses come in, dashboards provide real-time data on satisfaction levels, user comments, reasons for ratings, and trends specific to various branches. This system is particularly tailored for multi-location service centers, governmental offices, clinics, universities, and other services that interact with the public. Administrators have the ability to oversee survey questions and manage editor permissions, as well as export response data and integrate with reporting tools like Power BI or Salesforce through an API. Mindcat Surveys can be utilized as a vendor-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) option or deployed directly on the client’s infrastructure. The pricing structure is based on the number of editor seats and branches, with an initial setup fee required. AED 99/editor/month
You pay per survey editor per month. A survey editor is anyone who signs in during the month to build surveys, send invitations or read results. The people who answer never count: there are no per-response or per-survey fees. Each band’s price applies only to the editors inside it.

Worked example. A quality team with 10 survey editors pays 3 × 99 + 7 × 69 = AED 780 a month (SAR 780, USD 212.39). With 20 editors it is AED 1,270 (USD 345.81). With 50 it is AED 2,390 (USD 650.78). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 499 a month (USD 135.87), so a team of 3 pays 499.
How you run it changes the multiplier.

Managed: The shared plan from 4 survey editors, and every size on your own servers or your own cloud | Up to 3 editors: AED/SAR 2,900 (USD 789.65). 4 to 10: AED/SAR 3,900 (USD 1,061.95). 11 to 25: AED/SAR 7,900 (USD 2,151.12). Above 25: from AED/SAR 14,900 (USD 4,057.18), scoped in writing. | One session with your quality lead, then setup to a written plan. It covers your copy and branding on every survey page, email from your own domain, your first two surveys built with you in Arabic and English, a QR code and link per branch, and training. From 4 editors it covers up to five surveys, your participant lists, invitation and reminder emails in Arabic and English, and who sees which survey. From 11 it covers up to ten surveys, LDAP or Active Directory sign-in if your IT wants it, and export templates for your monthly report. Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100. If you already run another Mindcat app, setup is one band lower.
Not in the editor price. Email sending through a relay, if you have no mail server of your own, is billed at cost. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
