LEAMAP functions effectively as a standalone application but can also be combined with LEASSV to deliver a thorough solution for reconstructing seismic data from section images and basemaps. The system's minimum requirements include a personal computer operating on Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10 (either x86 or x64). More than 60 raster file formats are accommodated thanks to the raster library from Snowbound Software Inc. Additionally, standard Windows printer drivers facilitate plotting capabilities. Locprep serves as an interactive editor specifically designed for Lynx and UKOOA-style location files, which are essential for storing seismic shotpoint locations and general location data. With Locprep, users can execute various functions related to LOC files, enhancing the efficiency of seismic data management. Overall, the integration of these tools streamlines the workflow for seismic data processing and interpretation.
Description
The assessment of various quality control attributes across different windows, along with their combinations, is crucial for effective data analysis. This includes interactive maps for common source/common receiver/CMP attributes, a CMP fold map, and a location map, all of which are fully synchronized with each other and the seismic display; the active template is emphasized, highlighting the SP, RP, and CMP of the trace currently under observation. Real-time quality control enables immediate monitoring of data quality as it is being collected, allowing for prompt decision-making and resolution of any issues. A comprehensive suite of industry-standard algorithms is available for thorough data processing, which includes processes such as vibroseis correlation, trace editing, band-pass and FK filtering, Radon transforms, FX and FXY deconvolutions, TFD noise reduction, amplitude corrections, deconvolutions, interactive velocity assessments, statics adjustments, NMO corrections, regularization, stacking, and both pre-stack and post-stack time migrations. By utilizing these advanced tools, data integrity and accuracy can be significantly enhanced throughout the entire seismic data processing workflow.
