Summary: I used it to label our shelving at Sparky Direct Electrical Online Wholesaler.
I was able to add QR codes to make the picking and packing process so much better.

Positive: Quick to set up - Total control of the output.
You can switch out the variables and upload via a spreadsheet
QR Codes.
Good selection of Icons and arrows etc.

Negative: No cons to mention; once you have a play around for a while, you quickly pick it up, and the programme works great.

Summary: Is a good product, easy and it works very good. I work with it every day, and if someone ask what I use to print label, i can suggest for sure this product. Even if the price is a bit high for my opinion.

Positive: Intuitive and easy to work with it. Also print better than the native program of my zebra printer. That's all folks.

Negative: the price can be cheaper, but after all, considering what I wrote in the answer before, it's ok.

Summary: Overall works great for our labels & organizing them in a way we'd like them to be. Super easy to use and set up with our dymo printer.

Positive: Can create our own layout, this is why we decided to use this product. Easy to use with excel and laying out where we want the line items to go.

Negative: There are really no cons, we have been using this for a year or less and haven't had any issues.

Summary: One time use can easy to understand to to operate and use. Cheap in the market.

Positive: All easy to use. Simple and good.

Negative: There is no cons about this software. Even a kid can use it for labels in a book.

Summary: I would definitely recommend Label LIVE especially if your a medium to smaller company. Customer service is amazing, you get to speak directly with a person who know what and how to use the system and they respond quickly via email.

Positive: Is Apple compatible, easy to navigate, all options for the various UPCs' and the customer service is excellent, you will not be disappointed.

Negative: The license is only able to be used on a selected computer.

Summary: For MacOS especially Label Live is the best, all other competitors are just not that good. Very easy to use and really straightforward.

Positive: A lot of features. Very convenient. Great way of automating label printing using Excel tables.
Ideal software for a good price (especially if you use it to print a lot of labels).

Negative: A bit strange way of storing files, but this is not affecting me at all.
Price may be a little high if you use it once a month.

Summary: I'm very happy with Label LIVE and would recommend it to others. Just ensure you are purchasing on a computer that can be dedicated to label creation as needed, that is the only downside. It's ultimately not a very big downside, and far outweighed by the advantages!

Positive: The user interface is easy to navigate - customizing labels to the exact specifications needed is simple, even for a novice user. I have been able to produce custom GS1-128, racking location, and other custom labels as needed with little to no guidance. Updating data sets is a breeze, making non-repeating label generation a breeze for ongoing orders. Simply put, the actual software and usage is fantastic!

Negative: Each license is bound to your operating system, which can be a nuisance. It would be much better to bind per account or some other way; I had to put the software on a less-preferred machine due to a project's constraints and now it's stuck there.

Summary: I got LabelLive to create labels using a plant tag horticultural printer. I run a plant nursery. It was the only software I could find that works for Mac. Something I appreciate is the instant barcode generator - enter the UPC digits and it creates a barcode on the spot. Creating designs on tags is easy.

Positive: Works on Mac, the biggest “pro” for me.

Negative: The software runs pretty slow, don’t click on anything 10 times thinking it’s unresponsive or you’ll get 10 windows opening over the course of several seconds.

Summary: Really good! Helps us run our business better and more efficiently and easily. I wish I had found it sooner.

Positive: Very easy to use, very versatile, and works on Windows and mac os. Very user friendly and wide range of use. Awesome, truly awesome!

Negative: Not much I did not like really! I have used many other label software and this is by far the best. I wish more people knew.

Summary: I would, without hesitation recommend this software to anyone who needs to produce labels. I appreciate that I don’t have to waste time looking for previous designs, and really appreciate how well thought out the design process is. Quick label creation, high quality prints, and easy use.

Positive: The best part about this software is that there is no time wasted trying to figure out features. It just works. Designing labels has been made quick and easy, and pulling up previous designs was a clear consideration. I love that when I need to create more labels, I don’t have to search, they’re right there when I open the program. I also love that there are alignment aids when creating designs. Printing on a Rollo thermal printer, this software produces broad contrast with fine detail that other software for some reason couldn’t, even when printer settings were calibrated. It was very clear that this software was created by individuals who care about creating a quality product. Absolutely worth the purchase.

Negative: I genuinely have no complaints. There is not a feature that is missing, or a bug that needs to be addressed.

Summary: For small businesses getting started this setup is super user friendly. The money and time you save will be great and you will love the functionality of the software including the small amount of space on your computer it needs.

Positive: I love the functions and already made templates that it has. The many different sizes and the walk through instructions or tutorials that help you navigate through making what your needing for businesses. The availability of the sites functions make the jobs look so professional and saves me money so I don’t have to our source the jobs and I am able to save money with shipping since everything is done at home.

Negative: Maybe color options, really there is no cons that I can think of.

Summary: Support has been very good and the range of docs and videos on the website make getting to grips with the more advanced features quite manageable. I use this pretty much daily and it is always up to the task.
Would recommend with no hesitations.

Positive: Ease of use and flexibility is the main thing that I would mention. I make multiple type of labels for a number of different printers and I get flawless results every time. The import data and variable function means you can leave making labels in Excel or Word behind.
I have tried a number of alternatives, free and paid and this is the only one I come back to and have recommended to others. The calibrate media function to align the software to your printers settings takes out the guesswork when you just want what is on the screen to appear on the label. Really really great stuff.

Negative: I wish I had found it earlier. I would like a bit more opportunity to set defaults for a greater range of settings (text alignment, font etc) but the ability to save multiple presets means this is not a major issue. Occasionally some of the areas that look like buttons require rollover to bring out a submenu drawer (calibrate media for example) but this is a bit nitpicky really.

Summary: The support is definitely great, they are helpful. Billing issues are handled very quickly & efficiently.

Positive: We use them for event badges, We setup 4 computers each with the business Enterprise license on them. And with this, we are able to successfully print check in and audit our badges for the event! While we understand, this is not exactly the same use case that would be used for everybody else. Most people would use the software for shipping or inventory control, we use this for actual badge names at our conference. And this software works very easily, and simply for all of our registration team to use.

Negative: Sometimes it is difficult when processing payment for multiple devices having multiple user emails versus just having one email where we are able to charge from one primary account with 3 licenses. One thing we would definitely love to see, is the ability to check a box or mark a cell with a specific letter in excel. Once a label has been successfully printed from the software, and it save the Excel sheet one other thing we would like to see integration with is a shared Excel sheet.
