With InStaff, employees have round-the-clock self-service access to their complete pay history and tax documents from any web browser, eliminating the need for payroll to handle reprint requests each cycle. The default document retention period is seven years. InStaff is compatible with any payroll system that can generate a PDF paystub, such as Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Foundation, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Even if your system isn't listed but can produce PDFs, it is likely still compatible. Your payroll process remains unchanged, and there is no requirement to manually enter pay data into an additional system.
