    Great Time Tracking Tool

    Summary: Overall my experience with T Sheets initally and then QuickBooks Time has been excellent, we have had no real problems and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they use QuickBooks Payroll.

    Positive: We originally used QuickBooks Time when it was still TSheets. Until that point we had been using a different system which did not integrate with our QuickBooks payroll system. Adding this timekeeping software was a game changer! It is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Payroll. It has cut payroll processing times from 3 days to a few hours as we no longer need to manually check and calculate everyone's hours.

    Plus, it has a mobile app which means our people in the field can still use the timeclock. In the office, people clock in/out using a tablet which we then use as a register during a fire evacuation event.

    Negative: If I had to change anything, the cost per employee is a bit steep at $4/EE plus a base charge, but otherwise everything else is fine.

    Summary: All in all, we have been using T-Sheets for a while now and it has minimized the amount of time that we spend on payroll.

    Positive: I love how easily that T-Sheets integrates with QuickBooks and makes my life so much easier to do payroll. Intuit with is also the owner of QuickBooks now owns T-Sheets and has been working to make more improvements.

    Negative: I wish there was functionality to be able to search on the schedule side of the software like you can on the mobile app. Additionally, I have put in a few feature requests which have not yet been implemented, but I would really love to see a true geofence feature which restricts the employees from clocking in if they are not at the customer location and that clocks them out if they leave that location as well as the ability to restrict what amount of time prior to an employees scheduled shift that they are allowed to clock-in.

    Summary: Better monitoring is achieved that has allowed me to mark the times of the entrances and exits of my workplace, all this based on the cloud without having to use obsolete tools, but everything is done through my smartphone. With direct integration with the other QuickBooks products, I can keep the information from the other tools close at hand without having to enter manual data in case I need it.

    It saves me time when I want my time to be recorded as soon as I touch my work premises, so I don't have problems with schedules or meetings that are very important to attend on time. I would like them to improve the synchronization of the registration of entries and exits when there is little internet connection because that way I would avoid having internal conflicts due to not registering my schedules correctly. In any case, it is a good way to keep track of reports on working hours.

    Positive: It has a powerful scheduling feature that allows managers to create and assign shifts or jobs to employees, see who is working at a glance, send reminders or notifications, and easily handle changes or conflicts. Employees can also view their schedules on their devices and trade shifts with coworkers if necessary.

    QuickBooks Time has an easy-to-use interface that makes it easy for employees to track their time, switch between projects or clients, add notes, and request time off. It also has features like GPS tracking, geofencing, overtime alerts, lunch and break breaks, crew functionality, and who's working window that helps managers monitor and manage their workforce in real time.

    * Another problem I had with the switch from TSheets to QuickBooks Time is that the support got lousy, they take too long to respond, and they don't always have trained staff to offer the best business solutions, you pretty much have to come up with solutions on your own because technical support of this platform is unprofessional. Customer service was much better before the purchase of QuickBooks so now it is no longer reliable to look for reliable solutions or answers from this platform by customer service.
