Summary: Overall my experience with T Sheets initally and then QuickBooks Time has been excellent, we have had no real problems and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they use QuickBooks Payroll.

Positive: We originally used QuickBooks Time when it was still TSheets. Until that point we had been using a different system which did not integrate with our QuickBooks payroll system. Adding this timekeeping software was a game changer! It is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Payroll. It has cut payroll processing times from 3 days to a few hours as we no longer need to manually check and calculate everyone's hours.

Plus, it has a mobile app which means our people in the field can still use the timeclock. In the office, people clock in/out using a tablet which we then use as a register during a fire evacuation event.

Negative: If I had to change anything, the cost per employee is a bit steep at $4/EE plus a base charge, but otherwise everything else is fine.

Summary: Recommend.

Positive: Very easy to use program. CS department is very helpful and responsive.

Negative: Would like more simple instructions.

Summary: The platform is very efficient when it comes to keeping accurate track of our advisors' time, it keeps us always informed of all processes and developments within the company, whether from the computer or mobile. TSheets automatically synchronizes the accurate time tracking data of our consultants to be recorded in payroll and invoicing, facilitating better management control and saving time.

Positive: The platform allows us to record employee clocking in and out in an automated way, making a time tracking report in a way that captures time worked, time off and overtime facilitating our accounting management.

Negative: The interface of the software is a bit complicated to handle, it becomes a bit difficult to add new consultants to log into the system. It does not automatically update advisors' data when we leave it open continuously for weeks so that we have to go manually.

Summary: I have really enjoyed my experience with T Sheets and would recommend it to any company on QuickBooks.

Positive: This timekeeping software is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with the payroll system we use, which admittedly is QuickBooks, who owns T Sheets. But it works great.

Negative: There really isn't anything not to like, except maybe the cost per employee is a bit steep.

Summary: Overall, TSheets is super accurate, convenient and automated Timekeeping software. I loved its automatic functions which eliminate old-style manual time tracking. In terms of cost and effectiveness, this software is best.

Positive: What we liked most about Tsheets is, that it is a very easy adaptable software that allows us to track employee's work time and also integrate with QuickBooks for faster payroll approval. It eliminates manual data entry for payroll and invoicing

Negative: The team schedule doesn't perform well on mobile.

Positive: TSheets help to monitor and track the work time of the employee. Best to track project time automatically. QuickBooks integration. Simple to set up tool.

Negative: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Summary: It saves all data with just one click like when an employee takes break, lunch hour, when he reaches office, when he goes out everything. It is very simple to use also can be use on mobile. Positive: Tsheets helps in sending accurate invoices, streamline payroll and easily track time on any device. Using time tracking software we can easily simplifies our business. It integrates with QuickBooks online. Best part is we can try this software for free. It helps in building employee schedule and easily share the schedule with our team. It's a robust platform with many advanced features. The schedule planner is a very helpful tool.

Negative: It saves lots of time. Very easy to use. Customer support is very helpful. No cons.

Summary: All in all, we have been using T-Sheets for a while now and it has minimized the amount of time that we spend on payroll.

Positive: I love how easily that T-Sheets integrates with QuickBooks and makes my life so much easier to do payroll. Intuit with is also the owner of QuickBooks now owns T-Sheets and has been working to make more improvements.

Negative: I wish there was functionality to be able to search on the schedule side of the software like you can on the mobile app. Additionally, I have put in a few feature requests which have not yet been implemented, but I would really love to see a true geofence feature which restricts the employees from clocking in if they are not at the customer location and that clocks them out if they leave that location as well as the ability to restrict what amount of time prior to an employees scheduled shift that they are allowed to clock-in.

Summary: TSheets is a great tool for tracking time in and out. It also provides other functionalities like payroll management & employee scheduling.

Summary: Better monitoring is achieved that has allowed me to mark the times of the entrances and exits of my workplace, all this based on the cloud without having to use obsolete tools, but everything is done through my smartphone. With direct integration with the other QuickBooks products, I can keep the information from the other tools close at hand without having to enter manual data in case I need it.

The performance of the web platform is not freed from the errors that this platform usually has, so on some occasions it will have blockages or something does not work, having to refresh the website at all times having to interrupt certain things so that they can be can use normally. I hope that with the soon updates QuickBooks can correct the performance problems so that the usability and functionality are correct and there are no errors in the process.

It requires prior training, especially for people who are not familiar with this type of technological platform. The training may not take much time, but it is necessary to have a better follow-up of work time. So offer employees good training so that they have good productivity with this platform and that it can be handled correctly.

Summary: Tsheets has been a game-changer for our scheduling needs. We went from traditional whiteboard scheduling to using Tsheets and its much more effective.

Negative: Sometimes its will glitch and go off line. However, support was able to rectify quickly.

Sometimes it can be very tedious as it is always throwing errors and the application crashes. Sometimes the application also stops synchronizing and if we are not saving at the moment we can lose all the work done.

Summary: It clearly shows the hours worked and solves the time tracking problem for those hours worked, making it easier to report the working hours records of all employees in a company, also capturing all the movements that employees make when they are working in order to verify almost automatically that the hours worked were actually carried out. It is easy to go from punched cards to this system since you do not have the typical slippage that occurs when punching the hours, this avoids many problems and misunderstandings, making everything clearer.

* Integrations to other QuickBooks products such as QuickBooks online are not very complete. As I mentioned earlier since this platform was originally Tsheets and it was not intended to fully integrate with this platform, so there is a long way to go for the integrations of this platform to the other QuickBooks to take effect in order to have a clean integration without even have the use of APIs. This would also solve many errors that occur daily with this platform, such as synchronizing customer accounts, which happen to be duplicated on several occasions, causing updates to be made on one side of this platform, but on the other side of QuickBooks online. are not done, making this the troublesome and tedious job of repairing.

* Another problem I had with the switch from TSheets to QuickBooks Time is that the support got lousy, they take too long to respond, and they don't always have trained staff to offer the best business solutions, you pretty much have to come up with solutions on your own because technical support of this platform is unprofessional. Customer service was much better before the purchase of QuickBooks so now it is no longer reliable to look for reliable solutions or answers from this platform by customer service.
