The system also manages all aspects of accommodations, including pricing and availability, empowering properties to tailor room types, rates, market codes, and group codes to their specific needs. Administrators of the Reservation+Center have the capability to establish and oversee various media and equipment categories as well as manage inventory, chart reservations, and generate printable delivery schedules. Customers can independently create reservations by examining a visual catalog of available resources and can book items for single or multiple days. Additionally, a public bulletin board feature enables users to access current reservations and requests, thereby minimizing the need for scheduling inquiries and assisting organizations in efficiently managing their resource requests. Administrators can also compile a comprehensive database detailing media types, like DVD players and sound systems, while entering specific inventory information, including tagging and tracking numbers relevant to reservation requests. Furthermore, customers have the convenience of accessing and reviewing their own reservation details whenever needed. This system aims to streamline the reservation process and enhance user experience for both administrators and customers.
