Compare EverlyPro vs. MemorialSoft

EverlyPro is funeral management software for independent funeral directors in Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, from a single-branch family firm to a group with several locations. It is designed around the way family-run funeral homes actually work. A true web app, it runs on desktop, tablet or phone with nothing to install. The paperwork does itself. Enter the details once and every document fills itself from the case. The family signs whichever way suits them: on your tablet at the arrangement, or by secure link from home, with no app and no account. The signed copy files itself against the case. Built-in AI drafts obituaries, emails and case notes in seconds. You review, you approve. It works where the work happens. Families pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or payment link, in GBP or EUR, and payments taken in person are logged with a tap. Services, vehicles, staff and venues sit on one calendar, synced to Google Calendar and Outlook. It keeps a record that stands up. Every transfer, location and handover of the person in your care is logged: who, when, where. The Scottish Funeral Director Code of Practice, CMA price transparency, IAFD standards and the NAFD and SAIF codes are built into how cases are recorded, so compliance records are produced as you work. Invoices and payments flow to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Data is protected with 256-bit encryption, hosted in EU data centres, GDPR compliant, and yours to export at any time. Switching is free. EverlyPro migrates your data from Obit, Seker eFD, Eulogica, FuneralManager or spreadsheets, connects your accounting software and trains your team. Most funeral homes are fully live within two weeks, on a monthly subscription with no minimum term and a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Provide your website visitors with cherished memories of their loved ones by offering access to obituaries and memorials from around the globe. Keep families and friends informed about visitation and funeral schedules, and allow them to express their condolences and send private messages directly through the site. You can seamlessly integrate our memorial software into your existing funeral home's website, maintaining your brand's aesthetics, or opt for a custom-designed layout that fits perfectly within our funeral home web system. For a small additional fee, high-end custom layouts and designs are also available to enhance your online presence. Our software enables you to update obituaries, visitation details, and guestbook condolences on your funeral home website in real-time, encouraging repeat visits while fostering a sense of community and support during difficult times.
