Positive: Very user friendly and convenient. If there has ever been an issue, the support team is right on top of it and let you know about any issues.

Summary: Overall, LawPay is great and very easy to use. I love the simplicity and search capabilities. I can see at a glance if there are outstanding unpaid invoices.
Positive: I love how easy it is to create invoices, log payments and easily see when clients have a balance. Sending invoice reminders is super easy!!! We had another program previously - it was great, but it also had a lot of features that were not needed in our small practice.
Negative: There isn't a way to transfer a cost from one client to another should one be entered into the wrong client file. They have to be deleted and re-entered.
