    Summary: Terrible.
    Unfortunately due to a technical problem in our system your order did not reach the florist and was unable to be delivered as requested.

    Positive: Ordering online at the site was easy and appeared well thought out until you get this:
    “Unfortunately due to a technical problem in our system your order did not reach the florist and was unable to be delivered as requested.”

    Negative: They couldn't figure out how to get what I ordered to the funeral home or the family. Absolutely the most disappointing experience as I could not attend the funeral for a former work colleague’s son. The site took my money with no issue but couldn't deliver and blamed it on technology? That's the purpose of the site/service. Never again.
