Next, they simply select a star rating from 1 to 5 and jot down a brief comment, which takes roughly 90 seconds and requires no account setup. After you review and approve the testimonial, it is published on your personalized Wall of Love.
The decision for a text-only format is based on the challenge of obtaining video testimonials, as many clients hesitate to record themselves. By utilizing text, the process becomes much easier and more accessible.
You also don’t need a website; instead, you are provided with a unique, shareable Wall of Love link that can be utilized across various platforms, including social media profiles, proposals, and email signatures.
