IntuitiveStay is a guest feedback and staff wellbeing platform built for independent hospitality businesses including hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, B&Bs and Airbnb hosts.
The platform solves two problems operators face daily: finding out about bad guest experiences only after a public review is posted, and losing staff before understanding why.
GUEST FEEDBACK AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Guests scan a property QR code to leave private feedback in under 60 seconds. Low scores trigger instant red alert emails so operators can recover the situation before it reaches Google or TripAdvisor. High scores prompt guests toward public reviews automatically. All feedback feeds into the Guest Connection Score™ (GCS), a four-pillar emotional intelligence metric built around Resilience, Empathy, Anticipation and Recognition.
STAFF WELLBEING AND RETENTION
SpeakEasy sends monthly anonymous surveys to hospitality teams and measures sentiment across six areas: pressure, recognition, psychological safety, wellbeing, culture and growth. Scores are shown only at team level and only once five or more responses are collected. Flight risk detection identifies declining areas before they become resignations.
DASHBOARD AND ANALYTICS
Operators access real-time GCS scores, AI Daily Summary, Guest Voice Cloud, Pillar Trends, City Leaderboard and Red Alert Analytics from a single dashboard. HomeHost users can track private scores against their live Airbnb public rating and monitor Superhost status in real time.
SERVICE SIGNATURE
