You can experience live demonstrations of our web products online or opt to download demo versions of our desktop applications. To access the Main Document screen, simply click on the Add/Edit Documents in System icon or choose the equivalent option from the DOC9000 menu bar. Once you do this, a standard query screen will appear, allowing you to select documents based on specific criteria. In our example, we’ve chosen to filter the documents by the "Standard Operating Procedures" Document Type, after which you can click the Requery button to generate a list of documents that match your search. From this point, you have various options: you can view a specific record, examine all selected records, print a list of the selected documents, or even add a new record to the system. This streamlined process ensures that users can efficiently navigate document management tasks with ease.
