To access the Main Document screen, simply click on the Add/Edit Documents in System icon or choose the equivalent option from the DOC9000 menu bar. Once you do this, a standard query screen will appear, allowing you to select documents based on specific criteria. In our example, we’ve chosen to filter the documents by the "Standard Operating Procedures" Document Type, after which you can click the Requery button to generate a list of documents that match your search. From this point, you have various options: you can view a specific record, examine all selected records, print a list of the selected documents, or even add a new record to the system. This streamlined process ensures that users can efficiently navigate document management tasks with ease.
DOC9000 Alternatives
Screencapt allows you to record the entire screen or a selected area. You can also record a specific window. Screencapt is the ideal screen recorder because of its flexibility. Using the integrated audio recording you can also add your commentary or system sound directly into the screen recording. This is particularly useful when creating explanation videos or presentations.
Screencapt's ability to record a webcam is a special feature. You can now add your comments and reactions to the video. This makes your screen recordings more personal and professional.
Screencapt offers advanced options to record the cursor. You can choose to hide the cursor or add special effects to highlight specific actions. This is especially useful for software tutorials and demonstrations where a clear cursor view is required.

For developers, ARGOS Identity offers two APIs.
ARGOS ID Check (KYC/eKYC): launch the hosted Liveform from one URL in a browser or an iOS, Android or React Native WebView, or build your own capture UI on the Verify engine APIs. Your backend uses the REST API to fetch submissions, review pending cases, delete or partially delete data for GDPR and CCPA requests and download AML reports, and receives webhooks for created, submit, approved, rejected, updated, delete and AML result events. Each check reads the ID with OCR plus MRZ and PDF417 barcode checks, tests ID and selfie liveness, matches the face to the ID photo and screens the user against sanctions and PEP lists, with ongoing monitoring afterwards. Data is processed and stored in the region chosen for each project (US or South Korea), sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256 at rest, and payload encryption is optional. A migration API imports existing verification records.
ARGOS Omni (Review Ops Agent): authenticate with an x-api-key header, create a profile under a workflow, upload files, text or JSON as items (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, images, CSV, HTML, EML and more) and start an asynchronous analysis. The result follows the output schema you defined, with a verdict of verified, rejected or pending_review and the reasoning and source step for each extracted value, and every completed analysis can be downloaded as a PDF report.

The General NCMR search form is utilized to find NCMRs based on user-defined criteria. This search tool is consistent across all NCMR-related icons, so we will examine the search interface in detail. To access this interface, simply click on the General NCMR Search icon located in the main QCS9000 navigator. Supplier NCMRs are typically generated during the incoming inspection phase and relate to defects in materials sourced from external vendors. In-Process NCMRs arise from defects detected during the manufacturing process or when products are moved between work centers, often identified through quality control inspections. Customer Return NCMRs occur when clients return shipped items due to identified defects or nonconformities. Additionally, terms like RMA (Returned Material Authorizations) and CRM (Customer Return Material) are often associated with these processes. Understanding these categories is crucial for managing quality assurance effectively and ensuring that products meet the required standards before reaching customers.

PDF Professional
To make PDF Professional Suite your primary PDF viewer, select PDF Professional Suite and navigate to Preferences, where you can check the option to set it as the default viewer. You can easily import PDF files by dragging and dropping them directly from Finder into the application. For direct opening, on the New tab screen, click Select file and pick a document from the file selection dialog. If PDF Professional Suite is on your dock, simply drag a PDF file onto its icon, and it will launch in a new tab. The software features a multi-tab viewer, allowing you to manage multiple documents seamlessly within the same window or across different windows. When in full-screen mode, the main menu will hide automatically, yet you can access all functions by moving your mouse to the top of the screen, revealing the menu and toolbar. Additionally, your PDF documents can be showcased as a keynote presentation, enabling you to apply perfect effects, adjust duration, and define extent for an ideal display. This versatility makes PDF Professional Suite a powerful tool for both viewing and presenting PDF content effectively.
