Description
Carrier Ledger serves as an online platform that facilitates the monitoring of FMCSA records for freight brokers and carrier safety teams. With this service, users can access carrier records, keep tabs on the carriers they engage with, and track the evolution of FMCSA information over time. It provides detailed reports from government sources regarding record information, indicates when a monitored record has been updated, and logs modifications to a carrier’s contact details—such as phone numbers, emails, and addresses—highlighting these changes for a duration of 30 days. Users can also utilize tools for searching carriers and brokers, examine recent updates, and review alerts related to the records they are monitoring. This functionality enables teams to stay informed about any alterations in contact information or other critical record updates while ensuring they adhere to their own review protocols. Carrier Ledger emphasizes that it presents information sourced from public government records and clarifies that it is not a carrier rating or vetting service, nor is it affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation, making it a reliable tool for those in the industry. In addition, the platform's design focuses on user-friendly navigation, ensuring that even those unfamiliar with regulatory processes can easily access vital information.
Description
DwellWatch transforms idle detention time into an invoiced payment.
By integrating seamlessly as a read-only connection to existing ELD systems utilized by carriers, such as Geotab, Samsara, or Motive—along with their rebranded versions—it continuously tracks each stop against the allotted free time for each load. Once a truck exceeds its free time, DwellWatch promptly alerts designated brokers while the truck remains stationary, and subsequently prepares an invoice that includes proof of arrival and departure.
Drivers are required to install nothing or modify their current systems. The carrier bills the broker directly and receives payment straight away—DwellWatch operates without being involved in transactions or taking any commission.
A complimentary 30-day audit reveals the total detention costs incurred over the previous month without requiring a credit card. Live monitoring services are available at $30 per truck monthly, with a minimum charge of $99, and the initial 14 days are offered free of charge, providing a risk-free trial for carriers looking to optimize their operations.
