    Convenient HIPAA compliant call, text for our clinical research

    Summary: Good value of money and simple to use for our clinical research group. We will continue to use iPlum for calling & texting our clients.

    Positive: iPlum’s HIPAA compliance feature has been a game-changer for us. We have been using iPlum to call and text patients at our clinical research institute for several months now. Not only has this made it easier for us and the patients to communicate, but it has also ensured that each patient’s privacy is fully maintained.

    Using for HIPAA compliant texting

    Summary: Our staff likes it and we continue to use it extensively to communicate with clients on daily basis.

    Positive: Like the texting features. We can setup appointments, reminders, group texting and send broadcast to clients.
    Gives us both app & web interface for texting.
    Some of our therapists use it for calling as well, others use its voicemail feature only.

    Negative: So far it has been good for us. They provide us to archive information.
    Additional integration with our EHR will be good.

    Works for HIPAA compliance for my therapy practise

    Summary: We have been using 8 months now and didn't have any major issues. We were able to train our therapist fairly easily as the interface is very similar to mobile phone calling & texting. Overall our users are happy they switched to iPlum.

    Positive: We looked around & talked to every solution out there. We choose iPlum because:
    1. Best cost in the industry. Similar feature products were atleast twice the cost
    2. Good support system.
    3. Modern design.

    Negative: Bringing our 20 therapist on board and porting their lines was bit confusing but iPlum onboarding team helped.
