CarrierOS AI TMS Description

CarrierOS AI is a cloud-driven Transportation Management System (TMS) designed explicitly for small and emerging trucking carriers and independent operators. Harnessing the power of cutting-edge artificial intelligence, CarrierOS AI streamlines the burdensome administrative tasks that often hinder carrier operations. The platform effectively converts rate confirmations, broker emails, and PDFs into organized load drafts, while also providing a visual dispatch board, features for document and POD collection, automated invoice packets, and comprehensive driver settlement reviews. Developed by experts in the trucking sector, CarrierOS AI not only eliminates the need for manual data entry and reduces the risk of errors but also grants fleets total oversight of all load documentation. Enhance your carrier operations and scale your fleet with ease and efficiency. By integrating this technology, carriers can focus more on their core business activities and less on paperwork.

A Practical AI TMS Built Around Real Carrier Work

    Date: Sep 03 2026

Summary: I am part of the team behind CarrierOS AI TMS, and I also use it around real carrier operations, so I have seen the product from both sides. We built it because too much trucking office work was being repeated between emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, dispatch, billing, and driver pay. My overall experience has been very positive because CarrierOS now automates much of that workflow while still keeping people in control of the final review. The biggest value for me is having one load record that can move from rate confirmation to dispatch, documents, invoice, and settlement without rebuilding the same information several times. It is already useful for small and growing fleets, and the main area I want to see improve next is the number of outside integrations.

Positive: What I like most about CarrierOS AI TMS is that it connects the full carrier workflow instead of treating dispatch, documents, billing, and driver pay as separate jobs. Rate confirmations can be turned into load drafts for review, dispatch can be automated, PODs and other documents stay connected to the load, invoices and invoice packets can be prepared automatically, and driver settlements can be generated from the same load data. The Truck Board, reporting, fleet records, and accounting tools also make it easier to see what needs attention. Pricing is simple at $20 per active billable truck per month, with no per-user fees and no feature limits.

Negative: The biggest limitation right now is integrations. We have not yet connected CarrierOS AI TMS with every outside service a carrier may use, such as accounting platforms, ELD providers, factoring companies, fuel cards, or major load boards. Some workflows may still require manual work outside CarrierOS until those integrations are added. The platform also has a lot of features, so new users may need a little time to set up their fleet data and learn where everything is.
