Truxello Reviews

Truxello Description

Truxello serves as an advanced cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) tailored for owner-operators and small to medium-sized trucking companies in the United States. It offers an efficient solution for managing your fleet from a single platform, consolidating loads, drivers, trucks, paperwork, billing, and compliance processes. Users can effortlessly upload a rate confirmation PDF, allowing the AI to automatically extract essential details such as broker information, stops, times, commodities, weights, rates, and relevant notes. Truxello also enables users to import data from Truckstop or utilize templates for frequently traveled routes, providing a seamless experience. You can choose from list, card, or calendar views to manage your operations, add multiple stops, and accommodate detention times. The dispatch board allows for driver assignments, helps prevent double-booking, and enables sharing of live GPS tracking links with brokers. Additionally, the free Driver app for both iOS and Android supports multiple languages (English and Spanish), offering features like status updates, photographs of bills of lading and fuel receipts, chat functionality, and pay statements. Truxello also simplifies invoicing with direct integration of rate confirmations and proof of delivery documents via Gmail or Outlook, alongside QuickBooks synchronization, factoring, settlements, IFTA reporting, fuel card management (EFS/WEX/Comdata), tracking of expenses, fleet management, and compliance reminders. The platform supports various integrations including Truckstop, Samsara, Motive, Geotab, QuickBooks, Gmail, and Outlook. Specifically designed for carriers rather than brokers, Truxello offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card, allowing potential users to explore its features risk-free. This comprehensive approach empowers trucking companies to streamline their operations and enhance productivity.
