With a compatible phone route and an approved texting number, a caller who reaches a supported unanswered-call outcome hears a consent prompt. If they press 1, the system can send one service text. The owner reviews any reply and makes the callback; the software does not answer every call or book jobs for you.
The core plan includes caller records, a callback queue, message templates, lead status, basic reporting and CSV export. One dashboard reply is allowed after an incoming customer text.
