Our autodialer software is used to automate sales calls, payment collections and appointment reminders. It can also be used to broadcast mass emergency voice broadcasting.
This system is ideal for Telcos or companies selling callcenter services. It is multi-tenant with billing, white-labeled, and economical to operate as you choose your Voice Provider.
Our autodialer software can dramatically increase productivity by dropping busy, disconnected and unanswered lines, passing calls to real people back and answering them, and leaving messages on answering machine.

Call Welcome
Call Welcome is an AI-driven cloud phone receptionist designed specifically for home service trades in Canada. It operates by receiving calls that are forwarded from the business's existing phone number. The AI receptionist informs callers of its nature and that their call will be transcribed, while also providing answers to pre-defined questions related to business hours, service areas, and available services. Additionally, it collects vital information from the caller, including their name, callback number, address, job specifics, urgency levels, and preferred times for callbacks. Messages, along with transcripts, are sent via text to the business and stored in an online inbox for easy access. Businesses have the flexibility to set emergency criteria for redirecting urgent calls to the owner's personal phone, determine if the service should operate beyond standard business hours, and even decline sales inquiries. This service is applicable for various sectors, including plumbing, electrical work, heating and cooling services, roofing, garage door repairs, painting, tiling, paving, landscaping, pool maintenance, and home cleaning. Subscription plans feature monthly call-minute limits, with options for per-minute overages or voicemail services once the allotted minutes are exhausted. The versatility of Call Welcome makes it an essential tool for enhancing customer interaction and streamlining business operations.

CallBack HVAC
CallBack HVAC is a follow-up tool for HVAC shops that miss calls while technicians and office staff are busy. With a compatible phone route and an approved texting number, a caller who reaches a supported unanswered-call outcome hears a consent prompt. If they press 1, the system can send one service text. The owner reviews any reply and makes the callback; the software does not answer every call or book jobs for you.
The core plan includes caller records, a callback queue, message templates, lead status, basic reporting and CSV export. One dashboard reply is allowed after an incoming customer text. Staff must continue to handle booking and ongoing customer contact. AI CSR call handling is a separate pilot subject to review and activation, not part of the base trial.
Core software costs $149/month after a 14-day trial that starts when the email address is confirmed. No card is required to start the software trial. Setup and carrier review use trial time. Provider number rental, registration, voice calls, messages and carrier fees are additional, including during the trial. Twilio is the standard setup; Telnyx and Plivo need availability confirmation before selection. A successful call-and-text test is required before customer use.
