Jonot brings walk-in queues and scheduled appointments into one customer flow. Visitors join a virtual queue from a QR code, web link or kiosk, then follow live queue progress and estimated waiting time on their phone. No customer app or account is required.
With Pro, customers book a service and available time online. Email verification, confirmations, reminders, calendar downloads and private booking-management links support the journey before the visit. Customers can cancel or reschedule within the permitted action windows.
The staff calendar shows reservations, while configurable service durations, preparation and cleanup buffers, opening hours, breaks and queue capacity shape availability. Staff serve reservations and walk-ins through the same desk, and public screens identify appointments by anonymous codes.
Use Jonot across multiple locations on existing tablets, computers and displays, with multilingual interfaces, custom branding, feedback and webhook integrations.
