EZLineGo is an online queue management tool designed for small enterprises such as food trucks, pharmacies, salons, clinics, coffee shops, and retail stores. The process begins when staff initiate a queue and distribute or print a QR code; customers then scan this code to receive a number, allowing them to track their status and estimated wait time on their mobile devices, while staff can call the next customer from a browser or manually add walk-ins to the system. The Free plan, which is available upon registration, allows for one queue, one kiosk, and accommodates up to 200 customers daily. The Pro version enhances capabilities by permitting multiple queues and kiosks, service windows, analytics, customer feedback, and notifications, in addition to offering features like online appointment scheduling, phone ordering, and HACCP documentation. Users can also experience the queue system for 72 hours without needing an account, and any free account created will enable access from different devices. Notably, customers do not have to download a specific app or use a ticket machine to participate in the queue.
