Host Port is a cloud-based solution designed for property management and channel management, catering to short-term rental hosts, vacation rental proprietors, bed-and-breakfast operators, and smaller accommodation establishments. It effectively merges bookings from various connected platforms into a unified calendar while consolidating guest interactions within a centralized inbox. Users have the ability to establish a direct booking page, process card transactions via their own Stripe accounts, and oversee property specifics, availability, and pricing. The complimentary plan does not impose any time restrictions or listing limits, and it facilitates calendar-link connections to major platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo; the Pro version enhances this with two-way synchronization for availability and rate adjustments across integrated channels. Additionally, Host Port allows for listing imports from Airbnb or Booking.com URLs, automates guest messaging, and enables shared access for co-hosts and cleaning staff. Users can also link their PriceLabs accounts and access the platform through both web and mobile applications, ensuring flexibility and convenience in managing their properties. This comprehensive approach makes Host Port a versatile tool for optimizing rental management.
