    Summary: Very good. I would recommend it to may property manager with more than 10 properties . Better thank most pmss standing by itself as a channel manager only.

    Positive: Fantastic Customer support.
    Easy to use. Very good connections to the main channels which guarantees no errors.

    Negative: I can't set an extra guest rate as a rule to all my seasons. You can only set it by season (so if you do dynamic pricing you always need to add manually that rate).

    A company confusing customers with suppliers

    Summary: There are companies that confuse customers with suppliers. Since I pay their invoices every month, I'm sure that I am a 'customer'. ...But I always have to be the one to understand, the one to apologise (no other places in my house to pack their apologies), and so on and on.

    Positive: Software is not bad, although more than a few times it caused me problems (which I had to understand and excuse too many times).

    Negative: The support to be really, really bad -If you've a problem: "it's your fault" -If you send them evidences: "they are not so important'
