    Summary: Overall, an excellent channel manager. I can easily say it's my favorite, as I've used a couple other 'big brand' ones in the past. The version 3 update that just came out has been a great improvement too, I'm happy to stick with this as long as my business lives.

    Positive: • Lots of features that they share with other channel managers seem to have an extra level of adjustments and options like automating things and communicating with staff about internal stuff

    • Full API synching to all the major booking sites (and a few more I've never even heard of)

    • Never had a single double booking or functional error of any sort

    • Very friendly support staff - they helped me a lot in the first week

    Negative: • The dark mode in the previous version was broken, but I believe they just fixed it in the new version - I'll have to double check

I've used a few other channel managers working for other agencies, but I chose Tokeet when I decided to start my own because the price was so much better and they had some good buzz. I have not been disappointed yet! It holds its own against some of the bigger software companies in our industry for sure

  • This program has been a blessing to me and my business. I dunno how else to put it really, everything changed for the better once I started using a channel manager. I haven't been able to work with all of the features yet, but the booking calendar and central inquiries were more than enough to improve my business. I am way more efficient, and my clients now have their own access to individual booking/revenue data through Tokeet too
  • I love using Tokeet. I have a small B&B with listings on AirBnB and a few OTAs and it's PERFECT for my needs. It's easy to use - so easy to use I can even get my husband (who is also my business partner) to use it when he needs to check on important guest info). I love the fact that it's a VERY reasonable, flat fee to use - and it comes PACKED with super useful features - like the various booking engine options, automated messages & templates, easy to set up integrations with OTAs, free website (if you don't already have one) AND even a VERY nice guest portal functionality. Our guest love this and it's been a great upgrade to have this vs a "hard copy" book that we used to have in our rooms. With the guest portal, guests can access this information even when they're out and about AND the best is it's eco-friendly...no more having to print and laminate pages for the book...no need to have flyers. We just create the content, link to other websites to tours and other destinations/services, where they can always get the most up to date rates and information. Super easy to use integrated payment gateway (huge step up from how we were managing payments before for other OTA reservations other than AirBnB). All in all, it's truly awesome how much you get for the money. And the icing on the cake - is responsive and helpful customer service! Can't recommend this solution any more highly.
  • You can't beat the value for your money. Other large channel manager companies don't deliver nearly as much product. Tokeet does have room to grow, but I am happy to grow with it.
  • The last year, my business went from two properties to eight. There is no way I could have done this without a great channel manager, so I have to give tokeet credit there. I might not have found them if they hadn't been the only company offering a trial period, but I'm very glad I did. It took a week or so to get familiar with the app (I'm slow with these things) but after all my accounts were connected, it's really just self-explanatory. I haven't tried out the automation stuff yet but I'm getting there!
  • I have been using Tokeet for 18 months now and it is a key part of our business. Without it we would not be able to run a well systemised successful business. There have been a few tweaks here and there to make improvements and I have not personally seen any bugs or issues in the time I have been using Tokeet. If ever I needed help the Tokeet Support have been very quick to answer any of my messages.
  • Awesome application, especially for the price...this software is the whole reason my company has been able to grow so much this year. I am just extremely impressed, it's amazing to me. Everything synchronized flawlessly, and the calendar feature is actually comprehensible - that's a big one to me. Every vacation rental software has a calendar, but not like this. It feels like they just got everything right in an industry that seems to get it all wrong when it comes to software.
  • I've been using them for a year now and they've been awesome. There's a little learning curve since their features are more advanced than the other vacation rental management programs I tried, but that was over in a couple days. I called their customer service twice in that time and they walked me through everything and were very kind about it, so I have to give them a lot of credit there too.

    Does the job but a lot of small issues

    Summary: Does the job but not the best PMS. Without solving issues, they try to release new things. And be aware, they are carving out base functionality one by one and making them separate paid features so always have a back up plan.

    Positive: PROs: Good iCAL synch, API working with Booking, Expedia, Airbnb (new API had lost of issues with no proper support, we still use old API), email triggers

    Negative: CONs: They do NOT have Tripadvisor or VRBO API. You need to manually enter all booking data. Poor support and lack of follow-up. Simple functionality like 'keep me logged in', showing embedded availability calendar and booking engine does not work. You need to have a lot of work around to problems. There is only Paypal and Stripe payment integrations. Cannot send SMS. Cannot generate any door lock codes. We still pay for Wix Hotels to get bookings.

  • What they don't tell you is that it not a channel manager for VRBO. They sell you it through the logo of VRBO. Only the availability is shown. No pricing and no automated letters are sent to VRBO. You have to still do this manually:(( So, if you use VRBO a lot, don't use this software. They advertise with a fast helpdesk, but this is not true. It takes much and much too long. They say 24/7 but it's not true. On Sundays it's even worse. Calling them will give you a tape recorder where you can leave a message so they can call you back. It's my guess that their success is probably taking it's toll.
